2/1, Paley, St. Mary's/Rybovich-2 max. occupants

The Gate House is our property in a diverse, lower income neighborhood. Please do not venture outside of your comfort zone. While our street is generally quiet and peaceful, the nearby highway area has pedestrian traffic and loitering.

It is a completely private home with no cottages or shared spaces. The Paley Institute and St. Mary's Medical Center are a couple of blocks west and Rybovich's Southyard is to the east. It is our goal to offer a budget price point while delivering a sparkling clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished property. If you want to save a lot of money and still have a central home base, we would love the opportunity to host you.

From the taco trucks around the corner to the lifestyle of the rich and famous, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump. Downtown West Palm Beach is only a couple of miles south. The Intracoastal Waterway is a few blocks east. The island of Palm Beach is south a few minutes and over one of the three bridges. Palm Beach Gardens is north 5-10 minutes by car. Jupiter is just north of that.

The Gate House is a very basic 1950's home. We have two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a small closet. The twin bedroom has extra long beds and two closets. Each bedroom has a TV with a few local channels and Hulu steaming for movies and other shows. There are Roku streaming devices if you would like to use your own streaming account.

We have been booked from various sources non-stop since October 2019. We have had great guests including Italian craftsmen flown in to work on a local yacht, a favorite Paley guest who booked for a few weeks and stayed for months, snowbirds for a five week stretch, a holiday family from Puerto Rico, and a trade show group working at the South Florida Fair. They even adopted a neighborhood kitty!

The standard rate is the generally applicable rate for this propety for this time of year.
