Classic, peaceful, tropical house with stunning grounds. Amazing mini resort with 3 exclusive outside levels. Upper level has refreshing salt water pool, outside BBQ/bar with refrigerator & sink, waterfall, fountain & fire pit. Serene middle level has Mexican style picnic table with umbrella. Lower level is a sports haven of private paddle tennis, pickleball & basketball court. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living with patio, exclusive garden for dining, grilling & relaxing by the sparkling pool. Although pool is not heated, we have had guests swimming every month of year.

We (husband and I) live in the attached, but completely private attached apartment. We give our guests space but am available when needed. We both work, especially on weekends, so we won't be socializing but there if you need any help with vacation home.

If you are looking for a private getaway that is close to the ocean, beach, marina, Legoland and water park, you've found the right place. If you are looking for a private getaway this is one hour or less from Disneyland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal Park....this is it.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This is a very private, quiet neighborhood with most of the homes spread out. We have 2/3 of an acre of property. We have 3 levels of land, which is all easily accessible. The secluded Official Pickleball/Paddle Tennis Court also has a basketball hoop with backboard. Pickleball has become the craze of the family sports world and this court even has the famous, painted "kitchen" on it. Surrounded by a 10 foot tall fence, this court is private in the lower 3rd level 'valley' area of the property.
The 2nd level is very serene with a seating area for reading or quiet conversation.
First level is where the excitement is with BBQ next to the pool. BBQ has a bar seating area with refrigerator, sink and blue tooth driven car stereo with speakers. Pool is 40' long, with deep end at 8'. Pool is not heated, but with California sunshine, swimming is enjoyable from May to end of September.
Plenty of outside seating, table and sunbathing area.
For cooler evenings, fire pit is close to BBQ and seats 6.
Waterfall and water fountain provide soothing background serenity too.
