During the day, you will be building sandcastles and relaxing on your big, wide, private sandy beach backyard. At sunset, you will sit next to the beach bonfire while enjoying your views. Often the waves splash right up to or into your backyard! This is probably the largest oceanfront yard in the city with its lush green lawn and its private sandy backyard. You will love using the BBQ, cooking hotdogs and hamburgers as you watch the dolphins jump and play right in front of the cottage. Your stay will be the serene and relaxing beach vacation you are looking for!

The beach house is fresh and bright with all new coastal decor. The ocean view kitchen has all new and modern appliances, equipment, and gadgets you need for spectacular beachfront dining, including a K cup coffee maker. The bedrooms are fully appointed with fresh duvets and towels, including fluffy beach towels. The home has everything you need for your stay at the beach, all you have to bring are your clothes and food! Of course, we have smart TV's, a ceiling mounted living room tv, cell phone charging stations, and free high-speed WIFI.

The location of the home also makes it a spectacular choice. It is an easy walk to the wide sandy beach of the pier area, the many fun restaurants, gastro pubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and even the movies are an easy walk. Bring your beach cruisers because we have miles of coastal trails and it's always fun to ride to the shops and restaurants at nearby Oceanside Harbor. Boats and kayaks can be rented at the harbor. We are only 15 minutes from Legoland and an easy drive to Seaworld and San Diego Zoo.

Intimate beach Weddings

The perfect setting for an intimate beach wedding or elopement up to 18 people. We have the wedding chairs and tables. All you need is the bride and groom. Our onsite staff will assure you have a special place to recite your vows or become engaged. All ceremonies are daytime 1-5 pm , (so you can see the ocean in your photos) and conclude by 5 pm. Only 8 people on property before or after. Rates for events are 1
$1250 to $1550 per night with a two night minimum

Bring your bikes. There are lots of places to ride! Go to harbor and rent a boat or paddle board

The city offers a fun electric shuttle that will pick you up at your door and take you to any beach or coastal restaurant and then bring you back to the beach house. Just download the Ride Circuit app and select Oceanside.

Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property

3. You may bring an air mattress and extra bedding. There is sleeper sofa in converted garage/ game room

4. Seawall repair is slated for March -April 2025. All homes in Oceanside sit behind a rock seawall. Seawall is not to be climbed on or crossed. Public beach access near the house is from stone steps at the Marron Street access a few houses away. We also suggest the city shuttle to take you to any sandy beach in the city. No parking worries and loads of fun. When you are done , they bring you home too. They also take you to coastal restaurants.
