This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom villa features new flooring, fresh paint, and stylish furnishings for a comfortable coastal retreat.

Hilton Head Resort offers fantastic amenities including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, and elevators to every floor. Enjoy a casual meal at the Island Bar & Deli (poolside in Building 1) or dine beachfront at Coco’s on the Beach. Ample parking makes access easy. There are bike rentals onsite.

Relax on the villa’s patio overlooking the tennis courts, or head to nearby Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina and Shelter Cove Town Centre for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Additional perks include a fully stocked kitchen, games and puzzles, and a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels for your adventures. From September 1 through December 31, all rentals include a discount on the Vagabond Dolphin Cruise.

This was a very clean condo. The resort itself could use some help but my family and I love it here. We have been in building 1 or 2 so the walk to the boardwalk from building 4 was a little more than I would have liked. The indoor pool was closed for some reason most days but fortunately it didn’t storm so we didn’t need it. Tom was very quick to answer our questions and also to get us a second parking pass. I look forward to returning.

There were 3 adults and a 3 year old. This place was perfect. The pools were wonderful. The restaurant at the large pool was delicious. The shuttle to the beach was perfect. The beach was big and wide. Perfect waves for little ones. Very clean condo. The indoor pool was amazing. We would definitely book this place again.

The condo itself was pretty much how I expected it to be. My only complaints are that the bed in the main bedroom was terribly uncomfortable and old. Our backs are very messed up from a week of sleeping on it. They also said there were beach towels, but there were only 2 for us to use, and with a condo that sleeps 4 or more I would have expected more. We had a family a 4, so that wasn’t quite what I would have expected. So I suggest bringing your own. The location is great and the employees of the resort are so kind! All the beach equipment being in a locker was super convenient! We could tell no one cleaned them like they were supposed to so we tried our best. Overall it was a good stay.

We will check on the bed, it is only a few years old. I wish that you had let us know that there were only two beach towels. There should be six. If we had known we would have dropped more off to you. Unfortunately things disappear sometimes. Please know that we are always happy to address any issues during your stay.

Had issues with guestbook but Tom fixed it right away. The condo did have a scent to it. Not a bad smell but just not a fresh smell. Was clean and looked just like photos.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay at HH Resort. The condo was very clean and we were thankful not to have to pack towels. The use of a beach wagon and chairs was also very helpful.

Great for families

The condo had a lot of things to do within the property. The walk to the beach wasn’t long and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Close to different activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything, spacious for a couple

Great stay for a couple. Close proximity to things to do. Has a lot of amenities in the condo area. Room was great for us and would have been good for two adults and two children. The walk to the beach was quite a distance but worth it, nice restaurant/ bar at the beach.

Spring break tennis fedt

2nd year staying here and great experience again! Location is awesome and the condo was great! The guards at the entrance are not very friendly and make things a little difficult but totally not the owners fault! We loved our stay!

Hilton Head Island

The location was great. The boardwalk to the ocean was convenient and the restaurant at the end of the boardwalk was fun. Would like more bed pillows and towels. Paper and cleaning products very much appreciated. Indoor pool was great as weather was a bit cool.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, would highly recommend if you're looking for a more affordable option. A little older of a property but kept very nice. It was super easy check in and check out process. It is in a great central location with guarded entrance for extra comfort.

Tom and I have lived on Hilton Head Island since 2003 but Tom has been visiting the island since 1967 when his parents purchased a villa in Sea Pines that Tom and I live in today. Our daughter, Abi, grew up here and went to the Univ of SC. It creates quite a family feud during football season because Tom went to Clemson. I went to VA Tech so we're an all ACC/SEC family!

I am from a small town in the country in Upstate NY called Fair Haven. Tom is from Munster, IN.

I am a Realtor, we started short-term rental management when one of my clients begged us to manage their rental at the beginning of Covid. We love the challenge of making our rentals comfortable and meeting the needs of our visitors. We are constantly looking for ways to make our rentals more comfortable and make our services guest friendly.
