Enjoyed our stay

The location and neighborhood were great. The place didnt seem match the listing. The gate to enter and exit was tricky. We called the owner and he walked us through the process and then it was fine. It would be nice if the balcony was covered.

Perfect quiet spot

Location is absolutely amazing - a grocery store, a bakery, restaurant and the beach are all within 1/2 a block. Plenty of street parking if you don't want to use the designated spot.The studio is very spacious, clean and has literally everything you may need. Don't miss out on this spot!

Short vacation

It has most of the things you need for a beach stay. We had a good time and when needed the owner was available to help us with some concerns.

Quiet, relaxing & great location.

We spent the days exploring the island and visiting family. It was the perfect place to come back to after a nice long day.

Nice place, walkable area

We really liked the balcony, and the area nearby had plenty to walk to for food. Also very close to the beach. Had a great time would stay again.

Lovely little spot!

Julio was great and very helpful. It was in a great location. Quiet, had everything we needed and very close to the beach. Would recommend!

Quick Getaway

We brought our 8yo for a little Vacation before he goes back to school and he had a blast. Julio communicated with us every step of the way and any issue we had he fixed on the spot. Great communication and great directions .Place was perfect location steps away from the beach. Definitely would recommend .

A Great Deal

This was a wonderful studio and area. Playa Azul and Luquillo Beach in walking distance. The kiosks were great to find food. Would definitely recommend

The location was great! Right next to the beach and close to lots of cool stuff. Julio was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Would stay again

Received accurate directions to the property by the owner. Great communication! The room had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need and it was great! Walking distance to the beach. Had beach chairs and umbrella available for use. The balcony area was simply amazing! Grilled and played games and also relaxed in the hammock. Overall it was great for our first time staying up north.

Merry Christmas!

I loved our stay there! It was so refreshing to get away from Wisconsin and be free. We enjoyed the beauty of the home and the location to the beach and restaurants. Being on the beach of where I met with Pete was so fun! I can't wait to come back! $89.99 crab legs are fine!!!

A perfect spot !

A complete studio with everything you need. 200 meters from the beach, 500 meters from grocery and restaurant near Fajardo for bioluminescence, not far from San Juan, a perfect spot !

Great location

Love the studio. Great location, close to beach. Did not spend much time on studio, but, it was a nice place to come home after a long day of traveling around the island. Landlord was very helpful. Kept me informed thru e mail. Looking forward to our next stay on his place.

Don Julio's Beach Resort is the perfect place to relax and refresh after an exhausting day at El Yunque Rainforest. Beautiful Azul Beach is just a couple blocks away and the restaurant area of Luquillo is within walking distance (about 20 minutes). I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of the amenities, including the bouquet of roses left for us. Nice touch! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Pros: The property was clean, bed really comfortable. Cons: my flight was overnight and was difficult for me to find the place, The host never give me specific instructions or directions, no apt number, or something so simple as a color of the building, so at 5 am I had to call the owner to found the apartment.

Julio was accommodating and communicated promptly and warmly. While the whole area was quiet and safe, it is in a gated complex and you have a security chain behind your parking spot.

Despite a few problems a nice stay

We had some problems with the hot water but over all we had a great visit to Luquillo. Jay was very helpful despite his being off island due to medical issues. We’d do it again next year.
