This property is certainly convenient and is close to the beach and restaurants. The street is quiet and the apartment is well taken care of. I would not rave about the building itself, it is modest and fine. For the price it is good.

Magic in Luquillo

Located by Playa Azul in Luquillo, it was a four minute four minute walk to the beach. From Playa Azul there is a stunning walk around the peninsula, through the shallows to Luquillo beach and the famous kioskos. It was one of the most stunningly beautiful beach walks ever and rarely crowded. The studio apartment is well located, simple and convenient and clean. Julio, the host was very attentive and helpful. Luquillo provided a peaceful home base from which we could explore the rest of enchanting Puerto Rico.

Quick Getaway

We brought our 8yo for a little Vacation before he goes back to school and he had a blast. Julio communicated with us every step of the way and any issue we had he fixed on the spot. Great communication and great directions .Place was perfect location steps away from the beach. Definitely would recommend .

The owner was kind enough to contact me and let me know that the apartment was ready on time. The place was clean, and the area was quiet. I had no issues during my stay. Highly recommended.

It has most of the things you need for a beach stay. We had a good time and when needed the owner was available to help us with some concerns.

Would stay again

Received accurate directions to the property by the owner. Great communication! The room had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need and it was great! Walking distance to the beach. Had beach chairs and umbrella available for use. The balcony area was simply amazing! Grilled and played games and also relaxed in the hammock. Overall it was great for our first time staying up north.

Julio Beach Studio

Outside building needs a little touch up but do not let that fool you. Julio place is very clean.Everything you need is there from kitchen pots to chair and umbrella for the beach. Very quiet street and close to restaurant,shopping and the Kioskos. Cooler was nice too. Thank You

Pros: The property was clean, bed really comfortable. Cons: my flight was overnight and was difficult for me to find the place, The host never give me specific instructions or directions, no apt number, or something so simple as a color of the building, so at 5 am I had to call the owner to found the apartment.

Perfectly located

We felt centrally located to visit beaches in the area. There were not a lot of places to eat but we found a few we liked. The place itself was in a very quiet building. The patio area was well used.

We enjoyed our stay Don Julio's. Property is literally a short block away from the beach. Property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhhod. Apartment overall clean as well as clean soft bed. Balcony view isnt the best but it doesnt take away from the stay because we were barely there. Ac worked well and 2 ceiling fans that made the room really pleasant.food strip and another beach only minutes away. The only con for us, that its an assigned parking spot, but supper tight. We rented a small car and it was annoying pulling in and out (pause). So we just parked on side of road in front. Wasn't an issue at all after that. Id recommend this place.

A Great Deal

This was a wonderful studio and area. Playa Azul and Luquillo Beach in walking distance. The kiosks were great to find food. Would definitely recommend

Don Julio's Beach Resort is the perfect place to relax and refresh after an exhausting day at El Yunque Rainforest. Beautiful Azul Beach is just a couple blocks away and the restaurant area of Luquillo is within walking distance (about 20 minutes). I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of the amenities, including the bouquet of roses left for us. Nice touch! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

I loved the terrace and the amenities in the kitchen which had everything you need. Everything under the owner's control.was.magnificent. i would be grateful to stay here again

Julio was accommodating and communicated promptly and warmly. While the whole area was quiet and safe, it is in a gated complex and you have a security chain behind your parking spot.

Great location

Love the studio. Great location, close to beach. Did not spend much time on studio, but, it was a nice place to come home after a long day of traveling around the island. Landlord was very helpful. Kept me informed thru e mail. Looking forward to our next stay on his place.

Merry Christmas!

I loved our stay there! It was so refreshing to get away from Wisconsin and be free. We enjoyed the beauty of the home and the location to the beach and restaurants. Being on the beach of where I met with Pete was so fun! I can't wait to come back! $89.99 crab legs are fine!!!

What came to mind about this studio is that it was ‘home away from home’ The bed was comfortable, the foldout couch was roomy. The kitchen had everything needed to fix a full meal. Even folding chairs and an umbrella was provided to use at the beach, a block away. I felt safe at all times. And I loved stepping outside and hearing the Coqui. Communication with Julio was great. Highly recommended.

The location was great! Right next to the beach and close to lots of cool stuff. Julio was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
