Sound front house with incredible views
SOUNDSIDE SERENITY:
NEW 2025 Updates:
We have built a platform at the edge of the seawall with stairs for even better water access. We have also installed a 43" Samsung TV in the upstairs master bedroom with internet access only for your favorite apps.
(4 Sea Path Lane) is located on the Sound just south of Topsail Village. "This is NOT a party house". This is a quiet family neighborhood and a nice peaceful place to relax, enjoy and recharge. The main floor and lower level provide wonderfully shaded areas that always have a breeze for grilling, socializing and relaxing. Witness the signature ''Topsail Sunsets'' from the main floor covered deck or the upper level open balcony. The waterside deck, main floor deck and upper level balcony provide a place to sit and watch the boats go by and soak up the sun. Deep water boat slip for 1 boat.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Season rentals (June 4th thru August 27th) are Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday. Check out time is 10:00 am and check-in time is 4:00 pm. Bring your own linens (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds), kitchen/bath towels and mats or you can rent linens by contacting Tracy Lawhon at #352-201-0175. Bring your own paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, etc. There are usually starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and plates but not enough for your weeks stay. The floating dock is "SHARED" with 2 other families so we ask that you are courteous to them just as you would like to be treated. The left side (when looking out to the dock from the house) of the 20' x 20' floating dock is ours to dock 1 boat ONLY. This is a shared dock so be respectful to the other owners that may use the pier and dock as well. A cleaning station is provided on the pier for your use, we only ask that you clean it after each use. Our house has a large covered deck/porch on the waterfront side of the house and a large deck with bench seating soundside. There are ceiling fans under the covered deck for those warmer days with wall controls located at the coffee bar. An 8' picnic table with 2 bench seats is provided for eating outside on the covered deck. There is also a 4 person picnic table under the house. There is a balcony on the soundside of the house accessible from the 2nd floor loft area. There is an outdoor shower under the house on the left side under the stairs with hot & cold water. Parking is provided on the street side of the house & under the house only. **Please be aware parking under the house is narrow. Many cars have mirrors that fold inward (motorized or manual) allowing more clearance between the posts. We will "NOT" be responsible for damage to any vehicles parked on the property and under the house. If needed during your visit Cleaning Supplies are provided and are stored in the laundry closet. If needed during your visit a vacuum cleaner is provided and is typically stored in one of the bedroom closets. If you experience a power or water outage or issues with trash pick-up and want to report them to the Local Utilities please call #910-353-7117 or #800-681-4146 for power and #910-328-5841 for water and trash. If you do experience a power outage there are battery powered flashlights in the nightstands and one on the side of the refrigerator. We work hard to treat everyone as they are family to make their stay as relaxing as possible. We previously owned and operated a rental property near the south end of Topsail Island for approximately 35 years with great success and we are so excited to offer this new to us home for family use and vacation rentals. We want our house to feel inviting.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We have owned a family home near the village of Topsail Beach since 1971 that we started renting about 35 years ago. We wanted this "new to us" house to be near the village of Topsail Beach and it had to be on the sound front for those incredible views both of the waterway and of the famous "Topsail Beach Sunsets". We wanted something much newer than the previous house and one that offered more living space. A large covered deck was a must have. Few houses come up on the sound that combine all these items in one. We were so excited when we found this gem. Our family hopes you enjoy it as much as we do.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Sound front house with a "SHARED" pier and floating dock. Incredible views up and down the channel from the large ground level water front open deck, a large 2nd floor covered deck and the 3rd floor open balcony. Incredible 4' x 8' outdoor shower with composite decking, bench seat, light for evening and night time showers and Shower Panel with body wash nozzles, foot bath, rainfall like shower head and hand wand. A hammock in the soundside natural area with a sunshade for that extra bit of relaxation. We have a 6'x6' platform deck at the edge of the seawall with stairs down to the water for even better water access.
