Exceptional quality, unobstructed panoramic Oceanview, three-bedroom home with Air Conditioning (AC in all bedrooms) and a heated swimming pool located in Kailua-Kona.

As you walk through the door and see the deep blue ocean, you have arrived in Hawaiian paradise!

The great room features wide pocket doors that seamlessly expand the living space out to a large balcony (lanai). Relax in your own private oasis swimming pool, lounge in the shade under a poolside gazebo, unwind in your own hot tub! All just minutes from restaurants & shopping.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS - YOUR PRIVATE RESORT FOR A MAGICAL HAWAIIAN HOLIDAY!

-Private heated oasis swimming pool, gazebo that is exclusively for our guest's private use! The pool is heated year-round to a very comfortable 86+ degrees (30 celsius) by a dual electric & solar heating system. Electric pool heating is a rarity in Hawaii!

-Incredible ocean views from master bedroom with king bed and high-quality linens, jacuzzi tub, walk-in travertine rainshower.

-Balcony features super comfortable premium Barcalounger brand outdoor seating and a gorgeous solid wood teak dining table with seating for 6.

-Super high-quality beds and linens in all bedrooms.

-Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a large island that doubles as a dining area for 4.

-Air conditioning system is located in all three bedrooms. We are one of the rare homes with AC! All areas have ceiling fans. When the 18-foot pocket doors are open, the main living spaces are cooled by a constant mountain breeze and remain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Maytag brand Washer & dryer.

-Gas BBQ on the balcony.

- Four HD televisions throughout including one poolside! All TVs have HD cable channels.

LOCATION

-The home is located in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods, 1-3 miles from Kailua-Kona's best restaurants and shops.

-Kona's most popular beach (Magic Sands) is 1 mile away, and many more are within 2 to 5 miles.

-Access to the swimming pool requires the use of an easy flight of stairs with hand railings.

-Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times considering the swimming pool.

Great Stay over Christmas

Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily cook all of our meals in the house. Pool was great and we had a great stay.

Perfect Stay on the Kona Coast!

Our family of four loved everything about our stay at this home overlooking the Kona Coast. Our hosts, Lee & Courtney, were easy to work with, and the communications were excellent. The house was sparkling clean when we checked in, nicely appointed, close to shopping/restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the heated pool, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and linens were abundant and fresh. My favorite feature was the incredible 180-degree view of the Kona Coast from the covered lanai. The daytime views and sunsets were breathtaking. Our family loved dining at the spacious table on the lanai. On a scale of 1 - 10, our family gave the house and visit to the Kona Coast a 15!

Courtney and I are incredibly blessed to call Kailua-Kona, Hawaii home. We're originally from Bend, Oregon.

We are available 24/7 and are not happy with anything less than a truly magical Hawaiian holiday for each and every one of our guests!

Our home is a lively place with three multigenerational Australian Labradoodles and a 300-gallon saltwater fish tank full of beautiful Hawaiian critters.

Courtney is retired from healthcare and now enjoys working at a popular jewelry shop in downtown Kailua. Lee runs a couple businesses that he started from scratch. We work together to give our guests the very best Hawaiian Holiday possible.
