This modern-designed two story Villa is comprised of over 5,000 square feet of living space. French Cay Villa's ground floor boasts a large living area with a large screen television. Perfect for watching the game or chilling with a movie. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with anything a chef requires for that perfect meal. The lower level has two bedrooms; one king size bed and one queen size bed with a shared bathroom.

A winding staircase leads you to the second floor where you enter a communal living space; perfect for reading or relaxing. There is an outdoor furnished balcony facing the beautiful blue water where you can sip wine while watching the sunset. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a large ensuite bathroom as well as a small seating area. On the opposite end is another large king sized bedroom as well as a bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Each of the 5 bedrooms have brand new air conditioners that cool the room rapidly.

The property manager lives in a nearby guesthouse and is available by phone during the day and for emergencies after hours.
