Laundry & dryer. Living room opens up onto sunny backyard with seating, grill and vegetable garden. Quiet neighborhood with very easy street parking. Medium/firm new comfortable mattresses. Office room, Keypad entry for your convenience. Pets allowed with an additional fee $10/pet/day. No parties.

Robert was very helpful and his communication with us was prompt. There were a couple of issues when we arrived (flashing lightbulb in refrigerator, spot on one of the area rugs) so we sent him a note. Someone was there quickly to resolve them and he followed up to make sure everything else was good. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

This was one of the best experiences with a rental we have had! Girls trip for a 50th bday with ladies ranging from 19 to 50. There was plenty of room for 5 of us ladies without being on top of each other. Great location! We felt very safe and comfortable. Robert was quick to respond to our concerns (very minimal cleanliness (oven)) and offered a resolution immediately. We will definitely be staying here again! Heads up Rob, we will be looking for that repeat customer discount. Jk Very happy!

Very comfortable accommodations for our group of three with easy access to San Francisco and Oakland. Clear check-in and check-out instructions. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great stay

Rob’s place was comfortable and convenient for our visit with family. The back patio was so nice. I’m recommending this spot for others who will visit the area.

Everything was exactly as described and fully equipped — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for morning walks with my dog. As a single mother traveling with two children and a dog, the space was ideal. It was the perfect stay — quiet, comfortable, and just right for our needs.

Great Stay, Nice Yard

The place was comfy and well decorated inside. It was well laid out for relaxing and sleeping. The backyard was great to relax and talk while enjoying the butterflies, moths, and birds who were also enjoying the backyard. Amazing place!

There for work

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It's in a great location, a great place to stay. Next time we need a place in the San Francsico area this will be the first place we check for availability.

Me, my husband, and my Aunt stayed here to accomplish my Aunts bucklist. We were so impressed by the home that it exceeded our expectations!! It was very clean, quiet, and safe. We also enjoyed the lemons off the tree that we could use. We had fresh lemonade!! We would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil stay

We had a wonderful stay. The backyard looked like it had been recently upgraded - and was beautiful and a very relaxing place to hang out. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very nice art and decorations. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful house

We stayed here for five nights with my doggy. We were all very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nice area to walk your dog. I loved staying here.

Good host

The accommodations were very clean and simply furnished; comfortable beds and pillows. Parking on the street was very easy. Rob was very quick to respond to any questions.

Son's Wedding

Robert's condo was perfect for our son's wedding in Oakland. Three generations of family stayed here and we could walk to the wedding party venue. The place is funky and comfortable and the beer and bottle of wine were lovely welcoming touches. Thank you making our stay so effortless.
