The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and the perfect spot to stay for going in and out of San Francisco. The house itself was clean, well furnished, and super cute. Our family of five was comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The host was communicative and quick to respond with answers to any questions. We’d definitely stay again.

This is a fabulous top floor 3 bed condo. Easy on street parking, very very spacious, convenient to stores and well managed and well equipped. When we are back in the Bay area we will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for my family of 6 while I had events at UC Berkeley. Would recommend it! The kitchen was well stocked and the backyard area was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games provided!

It was a great place for the price! Convenient to BART and plenty of room for 5 adults. Very clean and kind host. Friendly neighbors…. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Would be great if the shared bathroom was easier to lock - also, to have more than one towel per guest for staying 3 nights. Great TV and couch area - plenty of games. Both showers were lovely. Thank you for such a great visit.

We enjoyed the place very much as it did feel like home away from home. The place had all that was necessary to just carry on with daily activities, prepare meals, etc. We hope to go back in the future.Quick response from the owner.

This property was exactly as advertised, clean and charming. We traveled with our two small children and it was so comfortable in this space. There was plenty of room for everyone and two full bathrooms was a game changer. Not to mention it is completely sun drenched and a very quiet neighborhood, close to freeways and lots of parks and playgrounds within walking distance.

Lovely home away from home

Great location

Fantastic stay

This beautiful, clean, light-filled property was a pleasure to occupy for three days. Spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor sitting area. Host was very pleasant and responded to queries right away. Hope to stay there again!

Visiting Students at Cal

We had a really great stay here. It was convenient to the campus (about a 15-20 minute drive) and centrally located for our stay. The apartment is in great condition and has all the things you might need for a stay. Responsive host was a plus as well.

Sunny apartment - Great location

Sam was an excellent host for our 3-night stay in April. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. The apartment is sunny; beds are comfortable. Street parking was always available. Would happily stay here again.

A little bit of paradise!

A well appointed, lovely home - just right for a family get together. We enjoyed the patio and barbecue. The flat was clean and quiet - everyone rested well. And very convenient to drive to Telegraph for gourmet food, or catch the freeway to travel to other Bay Area cities.
