Beautiful 3000 sq ft cozy home , 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with Central AC, wifi, large pool ( heated for a fee)and a large hot tub, a yard with outdoor BBQ, gas fire pit and an outdoor sofa that fits 10 people and an outside dining table that sits 6.

On the top of Mt. Soledad, our home is on a peaceful cul de sac. No traffic. Its quiet, and only 5 to 7 minutes to the heart of Pacific Beach (PB) as well as La Jolla Village - the best of both worlds. You're literally perched atop the mountain.

We have , surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and lots of beach towels for guests to use. Safe secure environment with lots of outdoor lighting, exterior security cameras at front and back doors.

This is my personal residence, so you will see personal items all over the house, but you will also be very comfortable and you will not be disappointed. It’s like staying at your personal 5 star resort.

-Please read the house rules. In booking you agree to abide by the house rules. .

No smoking of any substance on the property, $1000 deep cleaning will be charged.
No sleeping on the couches and use of soft furnishings to sleep, Do not remove additional linens. There are sufficient beds for your party, additional charges will apply. Do not leave AC//Heating running, switch off when you leave. Close windows and lock doors when you leave.
Do not move the furniture. Maximum 3 cars on the driveway , additional cars to be dispersed on the street. $200 late checkout charge. Over 25 to book.

We have noise monitoring and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8:00AM. Rules are strictly reinforced. I ask guests to come inside.
No rowdy parties or events. No additional visitors. You may be asked to leave and forfeit reservation charge.
The spa is heated to 102 degrees.
There is an additional charge to heat the pool. It’s 87F in the summer.

P.S: One of the biggest complains from neighbors are driving fast on the street so please keep at 10mph and the noise at night waiting for the uber, so please I ask you to wait inside :).

-Minimum age is 25 for guest booking.

Not doing this again unless VRBO comes thru

The host did not answer any of our calls or texts. We were not able to check in to her place the first night because of poor instructions and lack of communication with the host. We had to go to a hotel and we are waiting to be reimbursed by VRBO for the one night stay at the hotel and also the place we could not get into the first night. This will determine if we continue to use this site.

Beautiful villa in great area

We spent a great week in Viviane ´s villa ! Very nice and comfortable house. There is a lot of space for our family and the garden and the pool are great. The house is very well equipped and we we felt like at home . Viviane was very kind and responsive . Communication with her was very easy . Location of the villa at North Pacific beach was the best to visit surrounding area . It’s a quiet and very pleasant neighborhood. We spent a great week and if we come back in San Diego, we will come again in Viviane ´si villa .

Beautiful home in PB San Diego

The property is beautiful - large pool, fire pit, large kitchen, 4 bedrooms. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and Viviane was an excellent hostess. We had a great relaxing weekend!

Five star stay

Viviane was a great host, responsive (and promptly), accommodating, generous, thoughtful, etc. This is her home and she shares it completely with you. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pantry was full (e.g., spices) and furnishings are quite comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and just five-plus minutes to grocery store and fast food, about 20 minutes to La Jolla and just a bit more to Legoland and Zoo. The BBQ works, as does the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and pool. We'd all love to come back.

Gorgeous ocean views and spacious home

We had 2 small kids with us and the house was great for them - lots of room to run around and the pool has a cute shallow area and slide. Easy to communicate with the property owner and definitely recommend staying here. Only 5 minutes to the beach!

Awesome house!!

The house was perfect for our family weekend! The outdoor space was beautiful Viviane was very responsive and wonderful to work with!! I would definitely rent the house again; we had a blast!

Spacious modern home in quiet cul de sac

Beautiful large home in quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom and bathroom spacious and luxurious. Nice ocean view as well. We really enjoyed the spa and ping pong table. Owner was very attentive and quick to communicate. Would recommend this property.

a slice of tropical paradise

We rented Vivane’s house for a weekend family getaway and it was the best rental experience I have ever had. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a tropical landscape that immediately made me feel like I was on a tropical island. The house was spacious and elegant. The sheets were 5 star hotel quality. The house was immaculately cleaned. The pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit were a great touch to the beautiful landscape and were perfect for family entertainment. Our entire group was able to fit in the jacuzzi. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals and was big enough to accommodate a large group. We were able to play ping pong, ride bikes around the neighborhood and to the park. There is a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and we watched the sunset every night. Viviane was a great hostess. She was responsive and left a welcome book with very detailed instructions about her property.

Great view, amazing backyard , quiet neighborhood, close to beach, downtown, La Jolla and Del Mar. Just the perfect location in San Diego. Its only 1 mile up Mt. Soledad and away from the craziness in Pacific Beach but you're close enough that you feel your right at the beach.
We ask that you have no parties and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am( please come inside between those hours)
