Excellent Customer Service

The stay was great, and we experienced a minor milestone at first, but the host was very professional and took care of all our accommodations and issues. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The home was tidy and all items were provided. Great communicator, and again, customer service was first class.

Great cute place

This was a fantastic little apartment for me and my partner. It was quiet but cute. We visited the beach access right from the complex. The pool area was amazing. I only wish there was hot water in the shower. We couldn’t get it to work.

Our PR Stay

Perfect for our getaway. It was right next door to the resort. We could walk there and eat in the restaurants and walk across the street to the beach. It was perfect.

Think twice

Think twice before you rent this property. Do you want to go to PR and not have access to a private outdoor space, like a patio or balcony? ( All other units in this complex do)Do you want big, fluffy towels and comfy cotton sheets? This unit has neither. How about a bedroom with an openable window or even light coming in from the outside. This unit’s bedroom is dark and claustrophobic. Think twice about renting this unit at any price point. I wish we had thought twice and knew more about this unit. We spent one night of the 14 nights we paid for and found another unit after the first night that was more to our liking.

Great spot for exploring Palmas

This villa has a great location in Beach Village and is located across the street from the Wyndham hotel, a short walk to the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk (via walking path at the other end of the complex) to the restaurants at Palmanova Plaza. This villa includes a bracelet for Beach Village community pool access (as correctly pictured; this is not the pool with waterslides) and has all kitchen items needed for cooking meals. Communication with both the owner and realtor responsible for the key was fast. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable, the villa was very clean, AC, wifi and all appliances worked great, the property was as described in the listing, and it seems any previous complaints noted by past VRBO reviews have been addressed. The balcony has been enclosed and converted into a second bedroom. This space was not originally designed to be a bedroom, and there is an overhead fan, but one would have to leave the door open in order for the AC to reach this space. There were no beach chairs, we had to borrow from our nearby family. Bring a Firestick or HDMI cord for the TV.

VACAY from hell

We never stayed at the location. Never got a contact from the owner, I Got scammed!!!! I got charged. No more Vrbo scams from us.

Great for relaxing at the Beach

This is a great property near the beach in a quiet resort area. The apartment was comfortable. While there are 2 beds, it’s worth noting that access to the full bathroom is in the primary bedroom. The beach was a short, easy walk from the apartment. The restaurants are within walking distance too but we preferred to drive because it was about 20 minutes to get there. Next time, we might rent a golf cart. There was a slight issue with check in because we had a late arrival. But once that was resolved, we had a great time!

Mini Vacaciones

La villa todo muy limpio y organizado. Hay q cerrar las puertas de los cuartos durante el día con el aire prendido y tapar bien las ventanas con sus cortinas para q por la noche se pueda dormir bien de lo contrario no van a sentir el aire acondicionado y va hacer incómodo dormir con calor. El lugar es un mini paraíso las áreas verdes todo muy bonito y área de piscina muy acorde con el lugar y se los recomiendo por la privacidad y tranquilidad Gracias 💕

Great location

Excellent location and very confortables. The only improvement I think should be done is the A/C the apartment get too hot, and the kitchen toolset. Other then does two everything was perfect. I am very grateful.

Not what expected

This place got a lot of potential to be a perfect getaway BUT not as it is right now. AC units NOT working properly; broken windows, clogged air filters and some other surprises 😔
