Just minutes from Downtown Austin, the University of Texas, and the airport, this legendary home offers plenty of space to unwind — featuring two full kitchens, elegant dining areas, and cozy living spaces with plush couches, smart TVs, and reading corners.
Bedrooms & Comfort
-4 beautifully appointed bedrooms (King, Queen & air mattresses)
-Soft linens, extra blankets, and warm lighting for cozy winter nights
-Ample storage with closets, dressers, and mirrors
-Iron, ironing board, and essentials in master rooms
Kitchen & Dining
-Two fully equipped gourmet kitchens with cookware, dishware, coffee maker, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher
-Spacious dining areas — perfect for holiday dinners or morning coffee gatherings
Bathrooms & Laundry
-Two bathrooms with standing showers, toiletries, and fresh towels
-Laundry area with washer, dryer, and detergent provided
Outdoor & Parking
-Fenced backyard with patio seating — enjoy cocoa under the winter sky!
- Street parking (2 parking pass provided)/ paid parking nearby for additional cars
Additional cars can use nearby paid street parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM, parking is free. Free street parking is also available on Salado Street over the weekend, so guests arriving Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning may find convenient free options there.
If the designated spot in front of the house is unavailable, you may park in front of the garage on the right side of the house using the parking pass.
