This Eastside home is the classic Santa Fe style stucco with modern touches in the heart of the Eastside. Located in the quiet and quaint East Alameda Compound, the home is easy walking distance to the historic Santa Fe Plaza, gourmet restaurants, and is just steps away from the renowned Canyon Road Historic Arts District. The property boasts beautiful custom finishes and an updated gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances (Wolf Range, SubZero Fridge) and granite countertops. Vaulted ceilings, an open living space, one kiva woodburning fireplace in the living room, and 2 decorative fireplaces in the 2 king master bedrooms, antique doors, wood and concrete floors along with native stone walk-in showers complete the charm. Two master suites flank the living, dining and kitchen areas; all have direct access to the stunning private patio which extends the living space and is perfect for dining, grilling or simply enjoying the outdoor fireplace in the coolness of the evening. Each master suite has a decorative fireplace and elegant bath while the third twin bedroom with a walk-in shower bath is privately located at the lower level of the home, accessible via an attached, private entrance outside the front door of the home. Plaster walls, central air conditioning, forced heat add to the easy Santa Fe style of living. The spectacular location and special touches explain why this home is a much sought after Santa Fe rental property!

Wonderful family Thanksgiving in Santa Fe

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was furnished beautifully inside and out. The location was walkable to most everything in town and easily accessible by car to everything else. The only glitch was the home was not ready for our first night, so we had to book a hotel in town for all four of us. Highly recommend this property! Jennifer

Just Dreamy!

We love-love-loved our stay at this beautiful Santa Fe house. The location was superb...walking distance to EVERYTHING. The place itself was so charming and classic...we just wanted to hang out. The owner/decorator thought of every little detail and it was all very stylish and high end. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were super luxe and comfortable. And, the outdoor space was lovely and very comfortable, too. We enjoyed happy hours and dinners out on the patio. The management company was super responsive and helpful. We'd love to stay here again!

Pretty much perfect stay

We really enjoyed this well appointed house. Kitchen with top quality appliances including a small dishwasher which I believe most properties don’t have Excellent location for walking to Canyon road and old Santa Fe. Be aware it is on a gravel/dirt road but not a problem. For walking you have a nice path along the river Larger families need to be aware that the third very nice bedroom is outside and downstairs which might be a small problem for some. Overall excellent experience. 5 stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was smaller and more cramped than the photos led us to expect. The 3rd bedroom was in the basement (very nice room) which was not what we expected. For the 2nd year in a row we did not get the place we originally selected which was also a disappointment. As usual, maintenance items were handled quickly and completely which was appreciated.

The perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five adults loved staying at Casa de los Farolitos. It is a beautiful house, beautifully furnished, and is equipped with just about anything you might need during your vacation. It has a lovely outdoor space that was peaceful and private, as was the neighborhood.The location was perfect for us, very convenient to downtown, Canyon Road, Museum Hill, etc. The house was sparkling clean. We found Santa Fe Vacation Rentals very professional and nice to deal with. We would definitely use them again, and rent this house again. It is great.We did not have an issue with this, but some people might. The entrance to the third bedroom is down a steep staircase outside the main house. It would be so much nicer if access to the third bedroom was from the inside. The bedroom and bathroom themselves were very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa de los Farolitos is located a block from Canyon St and a short walk (10 min) from the Plaza. The space is very well appointed and very comfortable. It's obvious the owners appreciate the finer things and take care of the space. The rental company is FANTASTIC to work with. We had some special circumstances and they bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Beautiful house and wonderful location

We loved our stay. The house is wonderfully decorated, very comfortable and super clean. It is perfect for two couples. And it is very walkable to town and is next to Canyon Road. Our only disappointment was that it was too chilly to use the beautiful outdoor patio.

Wow! WE loved this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home in May--then Hurricane Ian. We were 90% sure we could not go--but in the end we did--and we are SO GLAD. This is a beautiful home, well-maintained, and with those special touches that made us feel so welcomed. The neighborhood was beautiful, and I so appreciated the beautiful flowers and plants all around. Oh, those bed sheets and duvets and pillows--so comfy! And thank you to the property management--Donna--for helping me to navigate the hurricane issues. Due to the weather, we did not see even one balloon launch --but, who cares? We had a wonderful time with family. Oh....the kitchen was so well equipped...virtually anything we would need to have a nice family meal. AND--that fountain outside with the bird feeder...everything was just perfect. THANK YOU!!

Little Things

1. The bed in the Master Bedroom was not comfortable because of the foam pad, and the fitted sheet did not fit right. 2. The thermostat is programmed and did not stay where we wanted as far as temperature settings. 3. should have more directions on the TV remotes. 4. Not enough large towels in bathrooms. OTHERWISE ...The location is perfect! We loved that it was tucked away in a quiet, little neighborhood, close to galleries and eateries. The home is quaint and nicely decorated. We hope to return!

95 degrees in the house

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I would like to leave a good review,I cannot. The house and location are super. But the air-conditioning worked for less than 24 hours during our 5 day stay. We could not enjoy the house or sleep. The rental company did respond and sent someone to repair the unit. It didn't last and we were never offered any sort of renumeration or even an apology. I expect more from a higher-end vacation rental company. Make sure the air-conditioning is working if you visit in the summer!

Charming home on Historic Eastside: Authentic Sante Fe!!!

We loved this property! We came in Memorial Day week for our daughter’s wedding and stayed here. It was so charming! Loved the old beautiful doors and authentic feel of a Santa Fe Adobe! Wonderful taste in decor! We had family and guests over and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beautiful flowers. It was perfect for early morning coffee and cocktails in the evening! Highly recommend!

Lovely Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay. This property is perfect for a base for exploring Santa Fe. It is a short walk to Canyon Road, the Plaza and many shops, galleries and restaurants. With two master bedrooms is was perfect for two couples.

A Rare Gem!

We loved our stay at Casa de Los Farolitos. Home is tucked away in a quiet side street of Canyon Road gallery row. The owners have clearly made this a special retreat with lovely furnishings and decor. It is not your standard and sparsely furnished short term rental. The decor is high end and a lovely mix of old and new. Each room had 2 robes. Bath amenities include Molton Brown! Frette linens! The home was spotless and set up beautifully for our arrival. We loved our stay.
