Imagine: Walk across the street to hop on the Gondola and at the end of your ski day, ski right to the complex, store your skis and head to your condo! No matter what season, you’ll have incredible access to hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails as well as all the shopping and dining on Main Street Breck. This is the mountain condo you and your group have been dreaming of!

This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe is perfect for up to four guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the balcony — perfect for enjoying the fall colors and crisp mountain air. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen provide plenty of space to whip up great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and three more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place Resort, located at the top of the gondola. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, shuttle service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Very clean place and just right for two people. Pictures online made the condo look bigger, but we had enough space for just my husband and I. Free shuttle service was a bonus since the bus picked us up right in front of the lodge. We would highly recommend and definitely will consider staying here again!!!

Perfect space for me, my husband and our 4 year old. Walking distance to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Great amenities on the property. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Great location! The hot tub is right below so there was noise from people out there at night, but nothing super late, just maybe want to keep that in mind. Elevator was broken so that was not great, otherwise everything was good!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat Breckenridge. Great rental great experience very helpful. The only thing I can really complain about is I could use a few more taller glasses and the showerhead might need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was fantastic. and that’s being nitpicky.

We love staying at this location! It’s a wonderful condo, clean and comfy! Close to downtown so we can walk everywhere for everything. We also love having an outdoor patio so we can enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. Overall, this VRBO is wonderful!

Loud from street noise and people in the jacuzzi below. We stayed in summer so had the windows open to keep the place cool. Slept with earplugs. Location to town and gondala was great. Has what you need, but bare bones.

Love the Property. We ski non stop so only being a ski in only works for us.Just two small gripes, need more that 2 key cards and only 1 tall drinking glass in the unit.

Great location, but everything else was meh

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is unbeatable - Gondola Ski back and the pedestrian tunnel to the Gondola parking is literally steps out the back door. Is truly a ski in, not a ski out but about as close as you can get. Because of their location, seems like they felt they could neglect everything else. Real bedding would have been nice, instead of a single thin fleece blanket (the kind that goes between the sheet and comforter at a normal hotel). There were a few more fleece blankets in the closet, but that was it. Lots of pillows, so that was a plus. We tried to make a meal in the kitchen - and were left wanting. The one sharp knife was useless. I think my husband said “it would be more efficient if we just tear it into pieces” while trying to cut an onion. All paper products were the cheapest on the market. The “starter package” was..... dish soap? There was nothing else there. No coffee, tea, condiments, etc. The single hand soap was empty and unusable. There was one larger drinking glass, the rest were rocks-size glasses. Be aware that if not booking directly with the condo, your keys have to be picked up and dropped off in town at Summit Rental office location. It’s pretty close, but just a slight inconvenient additional task, esp if you don’t have a vehicle. Overall it was fine, but I would not say there were literally any thoughtful touches in this place.

The rental was centrally located, walking distance to Main Street, the gondola, etc! The amenities were wonderful, full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfy bed, and a cozy fireplace! 10/10! Would definitely recommend and anytime we visit, we will be a repeat renter! Picking up the room key was so easy, we arrived extremely late and the instructions to gain access were so easy! We had zero problems!
