Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.
This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.
Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.
Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

The unit was great. It had plenty of room for our family of 5. Our only concern when booking was having the 3rd bedroom on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms on the top floor, however our oldest didn't mind having his own space. The living area/kitchen was great for preparing food and hanging out after a long day out and about. Plenty of room, clean and well-appointed. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus too. The unit looked out to the playground and pool area. The pictures from the listing were accurate. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it to other families!

We had a great stay at this 3 level townhome. It is a very well designed and cleanly maintained property. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the floor plan layout and its amenities. There's lots of space yet still feels comfortable and cozy. We had a family reunion during our stay and it was a perfect place to meet for meals and hang out together. The ground floor living space was great for the kids. Lots of good restaurants and shopping are close by and convenient. Pools are easy to access and evening walks around the property, beach and yacht club were fun and relaxing. We saw a mix of residents and visitors staying in the community and everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

I would greatly appreciate a more detailed explanation of what you found wrong with the unit as we have never received this complaint before. I pride myself on my properties having a 5 star rating and would love more feedback so I can quickly address this with our cleaning crew. Thank you again for staying with us.

This townhouse is decorated beautifully & the kitchen & baths had everything we needed for our stay. Just bring your own food from the nearby grocery store. Thank you for hosting you property.

Location was great with a nice walking area around campus, beach area to watch sunrise/sunsets and a pool for relaxing. Was perfect driving distance for many local restaurants, bars, state park and a day trip to Key West.

We had a great time; the condo is located in a safe gated community and centrally located in Key Largo. The furnishings were new and comfortable, and we had the use of beach towels and some bikes as part of the rental. Parking spaces were right outside the condo. Neighbors were quiet. The only potentially negative items of note: the downstairs bedroom with the twin beds doesn't have windows (it's not obvious in the photos, but that's just because of the nature of the room making it hard to capture in a photo), but is next to a bright living room. Also, the cleaning products used there had a somewhat strong "fresh & clean" scent that is common in American homes. While it wasn't a bad smell, folks who are sensitive to fragrances may not like it. Other than that, the residence was great, and the host was really responsive, friendly, and helped with some local restaurant recommendations. Would recommend!

If going to Key Largo stay here! Worry free. Lots to do. Nice and clean. Great place..made lots of good memories. Good for family gatherings.

The house was comfortable and well-stocked, and Raul was very communicative and helpful. We loved the pools and lagoon! Only downside was the larger pool was closed most of our stay, but with young kids the small pool was fine too. One of the best-stocked places we’ve stayed, with kid items, kitchen basics like oil and spices, cookware and beach/pool supplies.

We loved staying here! Great spot for young kids, although a lot of stairs for our 2 year old. We loved the proximity to the playground, pool and lagoon. Snorkeling with the fish in the lagoon was a lot of fun. Great fishing at the ocean. While we were there it was very windy, but thankfully the condos provide protection from the wind. Thanks for a great stay!

Townhouse was great, fully stocked. The beach access was a short walk or 2 small pools to choose from with lagoon. Walked to Key Largo Fisheries restaurant for dinner. Host was very responsive and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!
