This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking. Most importantly, the private oceanfront balcony for this unit may be completely inaccessible or blocked during portions of your stay.

This deluxe oceanfront and southeast facing, top floor gem, features the finest vistas on the beach! Directly to your front, soft white sand and the blue Atlantic. To the right, unobstructed views down this marvelous car free section of the beach. Experience sunrise over the water, happy hour with unparalleled views, and bright stars at night. Track pelicans as they fly in front of your balcony, spot dolphins playing in the waves, relax on premium patio furniture, and simply soak it all up. The king master and 2-twin guest bedroom, uniquely feature windows providing outstanding views, and terrific natural light. Keyless entry, free high speed wi-fi, 3 flat screens, 2 baths, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and no guests above you, make 512 the perfect place to absolutely love your NSB vacation.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Fantastic beach front condo in NSB FL

Very easy process for renting this property. Would do the same thing next time. Everyone was very helpful and the property was perfect.

Spring break

Great spot, the pool was always clean and the beach was just steps away. Close to town, but still a peaceful spot. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again without a doubt.

Great Condo at NSB

This was our 5th family trip to NSB and this was by far one of my favorite condos. Excellent view, super clean condo and pool. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location

Great views, beachfront , comfy beds, nice size rooms, balcony area all in a condo with everything you could need. Including washer/dryer. You can’t hear neighbors or traffic. Great place to stay.

Family Vacation

The unit was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Decor was spot on. Views for balcony were fabulous. Would definitely book this unit again.

Visit

The Condo was adequate for our short stay. Beach and pool were close. Grandkids loved the beach and pool. Restaurants were close, but not walkable. Cate was very helpful with our questions.

New Smyrna stay

We like the Hacienda properties.Ideal location. Condo was adequately clean,however there were ants in kitchen and living area.This issue definately needs to be addressed.

good stay

It was good I wish I would have been told about the Constuction on the beach they were building a sea wall. other than that, it was good. I would defiantly go back thanks.

Fun at the beach!

We enjoyed our recent stay at NSB! We had all the amenities we needed. The unit is on the fifth floor so elevators came in handy. The only negative for me was the sink height in the second bathroom. I’m average height (5’ 7”) and it was a bit too short for comfort. Thank you to Cate and the Brady family for being wonderful hosts!

Property was dated. Carpet, furniture and outside furniture were dated and damage. The two sliding glass doors had no locks and did not slide well. Front glass door was missing a panel of glass. The good part was the ocean views and easy access to the beach.

Great Vacation Spot!

Loved this place! Even better looking in person. Had everything we needed for a great week long family vacation. Spent most of our days on the beach. Very laid back, relaxing beach where we could build sandcastles, jump the waves and just relax on the beach. Never crowded. Several little places to eat down the road in New Smyrna. Not too far away to check out the light house and Daytona for some mini gold and gator feeding. We even drove to universal studios amusement park for a day(a little over an hour drive away). My husband and I agreed that this condo had to have the best view in the whole building!! We even got to see some dolphins swimming early morning from our balcony. We had a great stay here, would definitely come back.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect for a laid back beach getaway. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed, including supplies to enjoy our days on the beach (chairs, umbrellas, and games). Great communication with the property manager!

Enjoyable beach front condo

We enjoyed the oceanfront and southeast facing, top floor balcony in a car free section of the beach. We also had a great view from the balcony to see SpaceX satellite launch. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
