Terrific views!

You can’t beat the views from this patio however the bed and furniture was not the most comfortable, but it was clean and everything (all appliances) worked. The decor was welcoming and nautical, befitting a beach condo. We enjoyed our stay and New Smyrna Beach!

Short stay- would highly recommend!!!

Had a great stay at Hacienda 2… wonderful communication with property manager! Can’t beat the incredible beach views, ease of access to beach and pool! The pool towels and beach chairs were very much appreciated as was the in unit washer/dryer. Only minor negatives were the floor was still a bit “sandy” when we arrived and there were no extra garbage bags… with only being there for 3 nights I didn’t want to buy a whole box of garbage bags so it would be nice to have some of those in the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order! Would 100% stay here again and loved our stay!!

Thanks Coral for the 5 stars! Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!! Sorry the floors still had some sand. Those terra cotta floors with the grout is tricky. Multiple sweeping and vacuuming and still can't ever seem to get rid of every grain of sand. I hope it wasn't too bad. I also understand the trash bag situation if only staying for 3 nights. We will consider supplying back ups if the owner hasn't left any extras for guests. They do sell boxes for $1 with 5 trash bags for short stays but we will consider different standards for short stays. SO sorry for the inconvenience but thrilled the beds for comfortable and everything else was in good working order! Please come visit with us again soon!

Great stay in New Smyrna Beach

This was our first time staying in New Smyrna Beach and we really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda del Sol II. It's in a nice quiet area, but an easy drive from restaurants and shopping. There's no driving on the beach in this area, which I prefer. The condo was very nice ... And the listing is accurate. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Ocean View Supreme!

The location was perfect! The balcony was perfect for ocean views, 4th of July fireworks, and beautiful sunrises! The unit was perfect for fun with friends and family!

Beautiful beach get-a-way!

We loved the beautiful view of the ocean from both the living space and master bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept great which was important to us. The condo could use a few updates but overall we had a wonderful time and would go back again!

516 Hacienda del Sol II

Was beautiful, condo, grounds and customer service! Shower in Master Bath held water, slow to drain the electrical outlet nearest the Master bath not working properly, I think.
