Two bedroom-two bath condo on second floor of Lauloa. Walk to end of block and visit the Maui Ocean Center, several restaurants and shops, or take a cruise from the harbor with the Pacific Whale Foundation.
At the other end of the block you can walk along the longest sandy beach on Maui, Sugar Beach. Nice quiet building where you can relax in between your many possible excursions.

Condo had a wonderful view, including whale-watching, comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms, and plenty of equipment for visiting the beaches, including chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing home meals.

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! Close proximity to everything. The condo was clean, quiet and the grounds were well kept. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice property

Nice and clean condo with breathtaking views. Very comfy beds too. Location was perfect for us because it allowed to explore west and South Island without hrs of driving. Having beach chairs and a cooler was a nice plus! Thank you!

True to its listing

The condo was exactly as portrayed. It is conveniently located and a good jumping off point for any destination on the island. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our first trip to Maui a great one.

Lovely Stay with Great Views

Enjoyed the locality of the unit being next to the Boat Harbor and restaurants. Fantastic view of beach with constant sightings of Humpback whales spouting everywhere. February was a good time to go to see whales and turtles. unit was very clean and bed was super comfortable! Kitchen worked well for us as well.

Will stay here again!!!

The whole process from check-in to check-out went perfect!! Location was perfect for us, put us in the middle of things whether we wanted to go to Kahului, Kihei or up Lahaina way. Condo had everything we needed & then some, kitchen was well stocked , had plenty of towels & beach accessories. Whales were still there & were amazing to watch along with all the turtles off the Lanai. Definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again if available!!!

Wonderful location to enjoy Maui!

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. This trip we stayed for 4 weeks in February and March. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed and it offers a comfortable lanai with great views of the ocean and harbor. We enjoyed lovely breezes during our stay, but the AC worked well whenever we needed it. The location offers easy access to all parts of the island. And we loved being able to walk to the harbor area and the nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Great water-front property!

Overall a great stay! The check-in process was smooth. Communication with the property manager was responsive. Location is walkable to a few food and drink options, drivable to many more. Views of the water are great! Inside was clean with comfortable beds. The unit was just as described and pictured.

Our unit has eight sets of towels. There is a new washer and dryer in the kitchen if you run out of them. There are also six beach towels. The living room furniture was replaced two years ago from Lifestyle Maui Furniture. We replaced the master bedroom mattress a few months ago. The lanai table and chairs were purchased last year. We always try to keep the unit well stocked, but as a guest, if you find things in short supply, please let me know when you are there so that I may remedy it.

Amazing Maui

My friend, Peg and I, had an amazing trip! The condo was perfect, ocean front, easy to spot whales, had all the amenities we needed! The only thing we needed to do…. Stop at the market for some groceries and relax! Mahalo!

Relaxing in Maalaea

Clean, but a bit dated. Could use some maintenance (sliding doors don't lock, tub doesn't drain). Even so, it made for a good week in Maui with my grandson.

The lanai door lock is repaired. For future guests, please let us know if there are any problems or repairs to be done while you there, not afterwards. We have an on-island management company you can contact for any issues. It helps us to correct it in a timely manner, and we want you to feel comfortable in our condo.

Always happy here

My mother and I had a vacation of a lifetime this month and the condo was a huge part of what made our stay so magical. My husband and I have stayed here before and we have always been happy with our experience. The condo is beautiful, outfitted perfectly with everything you might need. The views are unparalleled. The property is quiet, peaceful, so well located for anyone wanting to take whale tours out of Ma'alaea. We would always highly recommend Lauloa to friends and family!

Perfect vacation stay!

This condo is perfect! It’s exactly as stated and looks just like the photos. The condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils to boogie boards to outstanding views. The condo is super spacious and very clean. Communication with the owner was easy. The pool area is also very clean with convenient outside showers. It is located within walking distance to many places. Great central hub for sightseeing. 10 out of 10!

Love staying in Maalaea!

This is my second trip staying in this complex. Great central location, quiet except for the beautiful sound of the ocean. The condo was well stocked, clean, the master bedroom bed was way too soft for me. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because there was lots of hair on the floor and a big clump of matted hair under the bath mat in the master bathroom. Otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable.

Thank you for your comments. I have forwarded them on to housekeeping. As for the master bedroom mattress, there is a 2-inch foam topper that can be removed if you want a firmer sleep experience. For future guests, please call me if you have any concerns and we will try to resolve them at that time.
