Welcome to Palm Beach A23, a relaxing 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath Gulf-front condo ideally located on the 2nd floor in Orange Beach. This charming retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking beachfront serenity with unbeatable views and convenient access to the white sands of the Gulf.

Step into the Primary suite, where you'll find a plush King bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a soothing Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower for your ultimate comfort.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfy sofa sleeper and a Lazy Boy recliner — perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach. Palm Beach Resort is a low-density, Gulf-front complex known for its peaceful atmosphere and prime location along the beautiful shores of Orange Beach. Onsite amenities include a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and a Game Room located in Building D, 3rd floor, behind the elevator. Guests also enjoy free WiFi, picnic areas, and a scenic common terrace/patio space perfect for outdoor dining and socializing. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit in peak season. A second one may be available in off season and parked in the overflow lot. You will select the condo A23 and use passcode 697125. Loved the condo and the location. It’s a very clean place. The pool is great and all the neighbors are very friendly. Our only issue is that the bed and couch are very uncomfortable and could not get much good sleep. Hopefully the owner will replace these items and then it would be 5 stars for us.

Some upkeep is needed!

Someone who owns/manages this rental should stay here for a few days. They could develop a list of cleanup/fixs that are needed. I would work on the place, if I owned it. Otherwise, it is a nice place. Palm Beach has done some good work on the property.

Palm Beach 23A

We have stayed at Palm Beach in the past and have enjoyed it. The only complaint is I wish they would work on getting a better gym onsite. They list this property as having a gym but it’s never in good working condition- and is VERY tiny. Bed was comfortable but it sounds as if you are on an air mattress. Very loud for some reason when moving.

Short Beach Getaway

We have previously stayed at this property; therefore, there were no surprises with regards to the property. The property contact is very responsive but provided us with incorrect information regarding parking, which put quite a damper on our first night. We initially contacted Palm Beach, who referred us to Liquid Life. Both stated they had no control; this is interesting because both are listed as points of contact should you have any questions or concerns. The only resolution they offered us, even after they were provided with screenshots of my communication with the property contact, was to give us a list of overflow parking options in the area, which were not on property or even viable. They were not viable as they required us to move the additional vehicle multiple times due to time restrictions. They offered their apologies but nothing more, except to refer me to the arrival instructions. When I pointed out that I had no way of knowing what the property contact told me was incorrect or that the information provided by him was secondary, no response was given. They did however want us to extend our stay. Due to this miscommunication and lack of effort to make amends, we will never stay at this property again.

Had problems with ice maker didn’t get it fixed while we were there.

The ice maker was not working Sent someone out didn’t fix it. Didn’t send anyone else to repair it.

All in all great condo don’t purchase parking in advance we did and it was cancelled so had to go to office. Mattress in master bit the best but we slept fine

Weekend fun

A great place to stay for a weekend or week getaway. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Definitely would recommend it and would love to rent again.

Great Condo but Needs Some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good, We loved that everything was close. Needs to be more aware of the cleaning, the sleeper sofa was dirty and and definitely the bed has to be changed it makes too much noise.

Overall good

Shower was backwards meaning cold was hot and hot was cold. Reported it and fixed immediately. Our fridge and freezer never really worked. Put popsicles in freezer on day 1. Day 4….. still not frozen. Overall the stay was great. Clean facility. Constant workers cleaning up and planting flowers. Family friendly for sure. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Weekend stay for soon to be Locals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is not easy finding a weekend only rental but our new friends at Liquid Life found one! We had to come to OBA to check on our home being built. We needed a clean, easy access property within budget. The condo itself was a perfect fit for our stay. Very clean. Appreciating the owners decor it was fluid throughout. Construction next door did not bother us on a weekend but could be a problem during the week. Very appreciative of the digital entry as the on site property was having many issues with key cards on other units. We went to the beach one day, taking our own chairs we were able to find over a mile of unoccupied areas next to the property near the state park. This was a huge plus away from families. Loved the open beach! We did not visit the pools but they seemed nice.

Mice and we weren't at Disney

The location is great, right on the beach. However, two new Phoenix high rises are being built next door and it is about to get busy and currently construction noise and dirt are everywhere. The Palm Beach is dated. Seems as if they are attempting updates, with constant noise and lifts and trucks, but it will need a lot of help. Mice ate part of most of our groceries in the pantry. The Liquid Life people did not seem all that concerned, they sent out a exterminator the next day, who sat out some sticky pads, and indeed caught a big one. When I asked about moving to somewhere that might not have rodents running through the unit, they did not seem to even entertain the idea. No consideration to refund us any money for groceries that the rodents ate... Look elsewhere!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was scheduled to stay at the Phoenix 6 but was moved due to Palm Beach Resort 4 miles away from the group I had booked my stay with due to plumbing issues. The resort roof was being repaired and construction was happening next door. The ice machine was broken, TV did not work and I found a cockroach inside the front door on day 2. When I asked to be moved, the only options available were further away from my group and costs 300.00 more. Even though I paid to stay at the the Phoenix 6, which was considerably nicer, I was offered no compensation for staying at the Palm Beach Resort, which was clearly inferior. I reported the ice maker and TV 3 times but nothing was ever done. Would not recommend doing business with this company as their customer service is awful.

30 Anniversary

Lovely condo with nice decor and easy access to beach. Bed super comfy! Shower is huge with good water pressure! Condo was nicely laid out. Only a couple of hiccups but management worked it quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

The location has a high rise being built next to our room entrance. The Teflon skillets didn't have Teflon left. Phone service was not goodincondo. Mattress was not so good. We love the facility over all. NOT that room.

Misrepresented

The photos on line and where we stayed were not the same. Condo was dirty, the bedding was awful and could hardly sit on any of the furniture for sinking. We asked for a refund and were told no. They even hung up on us. Palm Beach as a whole was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Will go back but not thru liquid Life and will verify the condo.
