Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there is assigned covered parking spaces for the condo, Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. There is a 3D model of the condo on our Facebook page "Princeton house 1 unit 6" for more interior views.

Excellent location between both Surfside and Garden City piers! Condo was very nicely updated. Extremely comfortable and overall a great place to stay. Will definitely come back.

The unit was as described. Very clean, updated and location right on the beach. Conveniently located to several good restaurants. It was just my husband and me away for a long weekend and it met all of our needs.

The condo was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, great amenities. We had a wonderful long weekend there and the access to the ocean was perfect. Happy that beach chairs were available for our use. Parking was excellent. Beds and bedrooms clean and comfortable. Thank you!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Right on the beach. Parking underneath was wonderful. The host just about thought of everything. It was well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. It was well stocked with towels, soap, etc. Beds were very comfy. Water pressure was great. They had any and everything that you could think of in the kitchen. Two different coffee pots. We had a great family vacation, would definitely stay here again. Only thing I can think of negative is the 3 flights of stairs, but it wasn't bad for us, but if you would have elderly with you, they may have trouble with them. Plenty of beds. It was just beautiful.

This experience was A-1 start to finish. The owners' taste in decorating and furnishing was lovely. The kitchen was so well equipped with EVERYTHING you could imagine to need, and the entire condo was SPOTLESS. They had enough beach chairs and children's toys, including boogie boards - everyone was happy. They requested guests to clean the equipment of sand before putting back in the well-organized shed which made it sooo nice to use it. It was a delight not to have to overload our cars with "stuff". The parking for 2 vehicles was terrific - I truly loved being under the building and out of the sun. It was a delight to sit on the balcony with my coffee every morning high above the beach on the 3rd floor. Our grandkids (3 and 8) loved the stairs to the loft area a bit too much... I hope they were not disruptive to other tenants. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to go to Surfside and have beach front access. The only drawback would be if you are handicapped, being on the 3rd floor is not for you.

Great Stay!
We came down for my son’s graduation and loved our stay at Beachside in Surfside. The place was perfect and Kevin was great. We will be back!

We had an excellent stay,and highly recommend this rental. It was exactly as described very clean,comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed.The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and quiet location away from busy Myrtle Beach was perfect for us .We loved how close it was to the BEACH! Will definitely be looking to come back again!

It has a great large kitchen with plenty of room for family meals to be prepared. There is a beach closet that is stocked with chairs and room for your stuff!
