Featured on HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt" Season 24, Episode 3 "Rentable Retreat in Surfside Beach"

The balcony, living room and primary bedroom all have spectacular oceanfront views. The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, without the crowds of Myrtle Beach. Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by.

Unit 4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

We have added a ring door camera outside the unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price.

Important Details:
Guests must be 25 or older to book this condo.
This is a Non Smoking Unit.
Parking is assigned by number, one car per unit. Additional vehicles MUST park in the Public Parking Lot in the 1300 block, one block away from our unit. There are two unassigned parking spots for visitors. Violators will be towed (sorry, not our decision).. We have added a ring door bell camera outside by door for safety.

Great location, beautiful condo! So easy to hit the beach for the day or an evening stroll. We loved the porch to watch the waves as well.

Jennie was the perfect host quickly responded to booking and onsite questions. The property was gorgeous inside and out. The decor was warm beach theme with top notch attention to detail. Spa soothing would be a perfect description. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach chairs available for use, most importantly cozy beds. A favorite place to watch and enjoy the beach was from the balcony. Nice tall sturdy chairs allowing an unobstructed view over the railing. The beach was clean, flat and very wide. Just a sweet place on the strand.

Excellent stay and place was amazing. Perfect for our stay and would stay there again. Love the access to the beach and restaurants. Close to CCU which is why we were there about 20 or so minutes from campus, easy drive.

The condo was wonderful and the ocean view was amazing. It was right on the beach and beach access was a few steps away. The location was perfect. And the hosts were very kind and thoughtful.

Best Vacation Experience!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Jodie and her family had thought of everything to make this the most stress free vacation. It was super clean and stunning inside.

Relaxing Week

Family of 3 adults greatly enjoyed our stay. Property is very clean and well appointed. Great convenient location close to restaurants and to drive either to Murrells Inlet or up to Myrtle Beach (we went up to Broadway at the Beach one evening). We stayed the week leading into Memorial Day weekend and the beach was very quiet and not crowded until Friday afternoon.

Second visit and still happy

Great condo on the beach. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Love that we can sit outside and watch the sunrise with a big cup of coffee every morning. The inside is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated.

Perfect accommodations ocean front

Very clean, great communication with the host, location was ideal. Quiet and easy private access to beach. Balcony provided for great sunrise views. Storage unit worked great for our bikes.
