Location: Hali'i Kai is an exclusive oceanfront gated community located on the Kohala Coast, just 18 miles from Kona International Airport. The villa is a short walk to the Ocean Club, Hali'i Kai's private oceanfront clubhouse.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath townhome is thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort. The primary suite on the top floor features a California King bed, access to a private lanai with ocean views, and lounge chairs – perfect for morning coffee. The upstairs guest room also has a California King bed, while the downstairs guest room offers a King bed. All bedrooms include flat-screen televisions.
Living & Dining Areas: The open-concept living area is beautifully furnished with a flat-screen TV and opens to a covered lanai with seating for dining and relaxation. The dining room comfortably seats six, with additional bar-top seating in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes everything you need for home-cooked meals.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy two covered lanais, one on each floor, offering stunning views and a perfect spot for al fresco dining. The downstairs lanai also includes an outdoor BBQ grill.
Your beach starter kit: 2 chairs, 1 umbrella & 1 cooler — always included!
