Newly Remodeled! This charming two bedroom two bathroom vacation home is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy your time in Saugatuck. With brand new hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint North Street Bungalow is just a short walk to the shops restaurants and art galleries of downtown Saugatuck and just a five minute drive to downtown Douglas and the renowned Oval Beach this home is sure to offer the relaxing & quiet pleasures of our small town charm. The open concept kitchen living & dining area offers plenty of space to make meals together or curl up on the sofa in front of the fireplace. The master bedroom provides an en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub while the second bedroom offers plenty of space to spread out with the second full bathroom being just next door. Last but not least is the private outdoor space in the back of the home complete with a fire pit for enjoying cool but comfortable Michigan evenings. The back yard is not fully fenced in. Don't miss your chance to be just minutes from downtown Saugatuck to create lasting vacation memories!

Great place only recommendation is to have more towels and maybe a bigger TV. It was really clean and location was a nice walk to downtown. Would stay here again!

Nice and spacious for two bedroom, two bath home. Very convenient to Saugatuck and Douglas. Local grocery store had all the basic needs and a great deli. Easy flat walk into town from the property. The only improvements I’d suggest are to have more kitchen and bathroom linens available and maybe add a clock to the wall in the main room. We didn’t use the outdoor furniture but I noticed it was dirty like it had sat unused for a long time. Oh, and add some spoons in the kitchen as there were only a few! Overall lovely and would recommend!

Good. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and water didn’t drain in the sink. The door lock to get in was a little complicated. Also I’d add throw pillows in the living room as the couch wasn’t very comfortable.

Nice stay in Saugutuck

We enjoyed staying the weekend. Home is slightly under a mile to downtown which was very walkable. Home was as advertised, newly renovated and worked well for our family weekend trip.

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown. The beds were comfy and there was ample space in the home. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances were easy to navigate. We rented the place because it had 3 beds--2 bedrooms and a pullout couch. When we arrived there were no sheets for the pullout couch, but we appreciated the management bringing sheets over the next day. As a renter you receive a PDF and an email with check-in / check-out instructions and they are also posted on the fridge in the home. There are slight variations to each set of instructions (e.g., WiFi password, what to do with the trash, what to set the thermostat on at checkout). We went with the fridge instructions as that was the WiFi password that worked, but this would be an easy fix to be consistent. Saugatuck is a delightful town! Walkable with lots of great shops and eateries. We'd like to go back. Thank you for offering this home to renters.

Perfect for privacy and walking into historic Saugatuck. Bowdies and Coast 236 are great dining options. Our dog enjoyed the outdoors and walks

Great location, nice yard, comfortable.

It was just perfect for the 2 of us. We could have easily be 4 in this rental. Quick drive or bike ride to downtown or Blue Star HWY.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful long weekend. We enjoyed a nice fire at the end of the day and were able to relax and unwind after spending the day in Saugatuck and Douglas. Would definitely go back.

Great accomodations!

We thoroughky enjoyed our time here in Saugatuck. The home suited our needs perfectly. The cypher lock needs attention as it was difficult to lock until someone came out to adjust the mechanism.

Cozy property, great location

We stayed in this property for a friends plus dog long weekend getaway. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect for trips into downtown Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven, close to restaurants and handy for take out deliveries. It was also great for walks for my dog and there is a wonderful dog park close by. We had a great time and would recommend this propery if you plan to visit Saugatuck!

Great house in a decent enough location to be able to walk in to town. We had a few cleaning issues but the property manager has assured us they will be addressed.

Weekend Getaway to Saugatuck

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck! The property was exactly as the pictures appear - newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. Clean and well kept, great to have a garage - we brought our e-bikes and were able to store them when not in use. So much to do in town - water, shopping, great restaurants and nightlife - lots of live bands. Definitely coming back!

Loved the location! House was really cute and well maintained. Only issue we had was that we could not locate a can opener. Everything else was good!

Great for a weekend getaway

Overall it was an enjoyable experience. The house was clean and it is an easy walk into town. My only thing is it lacked comfort and coziness. The beds were really stiff, pillows flat and no cozy blankets. But other than that everything was great.
