Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect get-a-way for the 4th of July! We went to visit our son stationed at NAS and this was the perfect location not far from base to spend time with him and not be stuck in traffic. We walked to the fireworks and the location was also easy access to head over to the beach. The AC was amazing- the house stayed very cold with hot temps outside and the adjustable beds were cozy. Plenty of space for a family of 4 or more and we were able to bring our 5 pound La-tese which is why we chose this house over others. Highly recommend and we will use again if we visit our son in the upcoming months.

Perfect location!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of downtown. Which I loved! And loved being able to go over to Joe Patti’s! The house was perfect, super clean too. Owners were great with checking on us. Would definitely love to stay again.

Family vacation

Perfect location for all downtown events, where you can conveniently walk or bike to!!! Plenty of parking spots! Spacious porches for relaxing. Thank you for all the fun and wonderful memories with our family.

Wonderful Property

The home was wonderful. It was spotless and well-stocked. Our family and friends were in town for a funeral. It was indeed like home. The property management was great, with excellent communication. I would stay here again. The location was close to a lot and safe. It was pet-friendly, and the area was great for walking our pups.

Clean and well equipped home

My husband and I stayed here for a business trip. Home was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Brought a golf cart and loved that we had access to garage. Very close to downtown. Walkable as well.

Pensacola vacation

Hidden Gem, In an area of the City that's Rebuilding

In my opinion, If the rebuilding of this area continues to expand, It could help immensely with some ones overall impression of this property in the future. I honestly feel that the area that surrounds this property at this time is defeating its overall appeal to the public.

Regular Family Gathering with Two Teenagers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed in this property multiple times and always had a great experience. We love the location that is walking distance to downtown and has a park nearby. Although there is no fenced yard, it works great for our dog as the neighborhood is very walkable. We like the two rooms upstairs for our kids. They can hang out with their cousins in the family room and kitchen space while my spouse and I go to bed in the back of the house.

737 Zarragossa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stay at 737 Zarragossa for about 10 days. Our stay was awesome! This rental is in excellent shape and well taken care of. It is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing too. We loved walking downtown, it’s an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We also loved getting fresh seafood from Joe Pattis, which is just across the street. The staff at Paradise were friendly, helpful and prompt when booking this rental! We will definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Not the home we wanted...but, what we ended up with

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 30-days, before our arrival date, we were notified that our original home we rented...which was waterfront, was not ready to stay in...due to hurricane damage, and that this home was the best that the rental company could do, so we would still have a place to stay....not real happy, that we lost a waterfront home, for this one...but was appreciative that they found at least something.This home is actually nice..not my waterfront, but nice. Very new...furnished well...the master needs a king bed though...kitchen stocked well with cookware and dinning items....right by the fish market of Joe Patty’s.Driving distance, to the main drag of downtown.Not the waterfront home, I came to Florida to stay in...but, we at least had something...just wish we knew further out than 30-days, that our original rental was not going to be ready...but, we got something.

We're so sorry that we had to move you due to hurricane damage at the home you were originally going to stay in. It's certainly not something we want to do but when circumstances arise, that are out of our control, we do the best we can to accommodate our guests. Due to the time of year you rented we just didn't have anything left. This is a wonderful home though and we're happy to hear that you were still able to enjoy your time despite the move. Very nice home and location

We loved the home, very clean and suited our needs very well. I would love to give it 5 stars but the dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there and I had to hand wash dishes after every meal, which definitely put a damper on the vacation.
