I could not say enough good things about this place. Great host who communicated with us very well and timely. Place was super clean. Great location. Would definitely rent again. It was very convenient to NAS Pensacola. I hate we had to leave early because of the hurricane.

Very nice place in a friendly safe neighborhood. We had no issues while staying there for six nights. Air conditioning worked great. We cooked all our meals in house with the well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable.

The place was perfect for my family. Everything was clean and good quality for what it was. The accoutrements in the kitchen were exceptional (I’m especially thankful for the aluminum foil I found in the drawer). Shower was amazing. Decor was simple/minimal, but what was there was gorgeous. My son really liked the art. Highly recommend this place.

Good location...very close to nice restaurants and downtown. within walking distance from Bruce Beach which was a perfect smaller beach and play area for our family.

This rental was clean. Neighborhood is great. We were in walking distance to wedding venue we attended. House had everything we needed would stay here again 100%.

This home was exactly as described. It was clean and stocked with kitchen and laundry needs. Perfect for the weekend. Communication with the host was excellent. If we return to Pensacola we would stay here again.

There were no issues with this rental. My family had a great time and the location was close to a lot of different activities and restaurants. I would totally rebook this property in the future and recommend it.

The listing for this charming downtown home was 100% accurate. The host sent us great food options as well as beaches to visit. Communication was fantastic! If you are looking for a family friendly , clean/safe rental in downtown Pensacola- you have found the perfect place:)

This property was perfectly located in the city. It was right where we needed to be. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was the right size for our family. The only improvement I would think is needed for this property would be, that the internet did not fully function for all of our devices. So that might need to be improved.

We loved our stay!! Host was very communicative. Property was close to downtown, the military base and the marina. Easy drive to Pensacola Beach. Aside from a few non-stick pans that need to be replaced, the property is clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Pensacola. The home was extremely clean, well kept, and felt brand new. One of the best parts was that everyone had their own bathroom, which made the trip much more comfortable and convenient.The location was perfect — close to downtown, restaurants, and everything we needed, while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent from the time we booked through the entire trip. They were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.Overall, everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pensacola.
