Communication was spot on. It was very quiet and relaxing. The TV in every bedroom was a sealer.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for all the events. Very close to Pensacola’s downtown area with lots of great shopping and restaurants. House was very clean and very comfortable for my family.

Great Home Away From Home

This rental was excellent. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the home was very comfortable and well taken care of. We were able to feel at home and relaxed here. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Property!

As parents with a child with special needs, this was a perfect property in Pensacola away from the hustle and bustle with a perfect back yard and swimming pool that she loved. Perfect size for a family of 5!

Spring Break Getaway

This house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of space for my tonnage kids and I. Highly recommend to others.

Graduation in PCC

We had a great stay at this place for my son’s graduation at Pensacola Christian College. The place was very convenient and close to everything: college, beach, downtown. Loved the local restaurants and grocery store. The boys enjoyed the pool. Very happy with our trip.

Great spot

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Pensacola! The home was spotless, comfortable, and easily accommodated our group of five. The location was perfect—just a short drive to both downtown and the beach. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, great TV setup, and pool. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was okay, but I didn’t feel like the home was as clean as it should have been. We found a roach on the carpet, there were toenail clippings in one of the beds, and the bedsheets had visible stains when we arrived. Those things made the space feel unclean and took away from the experience. Other than the cleanliness issues, the house itself was fine and we didn’t have any major problems during our stay.

Very nice Pensacola Home - Convenient Location

Very nice home that accommodated my family of 5 with ample space and accommodations. New kitchenware and fun interior design. AC works great and the fans move a ton of air - extremely important for Florida in July - and given that any pool is more of a bath tub in the afternoon/evening in the Sunshine State! Would definitely stay again if and when our travels bring us back to Pensacola.

The house looks small from the front but was quite spacious. The bedrooms were large and both bathrooms have plenty of space. There wasn’t a lot of cooking ware . Dishes and glasses but plenty for the two of us. I love the rocking chairs on the front porch for coffee and then the chairs in the back for the pool there was rafts and more chairs in the shed. Not far from Pensacola BeachThe only things that I would suggest is that the curtains are very high, and my cousin was only 5 foot tall so hard for her to pull them closed , a stepstool would be good and it’s not a coffee maker it is a Keurig The neighbors were very friendlyI would definitely stay again when I come to see my family .
