The home is beautiful with a fantastic view of the lake. Easy access for swimming and boating. Perfect house to share & enjoy with family & friends but also have private quarters. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of bathrooms! We found the location to be very convenient. The host is very responsive and friendly. Easy and efficient check in instructions.

Great Location on the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House worked well for our three families, who could each take a floor and have privacy when needed. It has a large lawn area with dock available for rental boats. The neighbors are close, so you do sacrifice a bit of your privacy, but they were very friendly and accepting of us. I chose this property because I love sunsets and I was not disappointed. We are planning on coming back again next year!

Great house with gorgeous view of lake!

The house was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed! My daughter and son-in-law were able to have the whole basement to themselves with a separate entrance. My husband and I loved the master bedroom on the main floor, where we could step right out on to the deck overlooking the lake. There is a private dock which we used for the pontoon. Overall, we had one of our most memorable trips to the lake this year!! Great house 💗

Beautiful Luxury Lakehouse!

Had an Amazing time during our stay. Beautiful and relaxing home, professionally decorated with a million dollar view! The master bedroom was dreamy! We had a fairly rainy week, but still found plenty to do! Would definitely come again! Loved our stay!

Excellent lakehouse

This is an excellent lakehouse in a quiet, tucked away spot. It has all the bells and whistles and was very easy to settle into. The only small inconvenience was that the 2nd floor ac wasn't working. Fortunately, we had cool weather and just opened the windows.

Vacation Rental at its finest!

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable stay with a gorgeous view of the lake! The bunk room did not have shades on all the windows so it got a little bright, but not a privacy issue. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with tools!

We loved this well appointed home. It worked very well for our family. We will definitely look for an opportunity to stay here again. Beautiful house

House was beautiful, kitchen very well stocked. Enjoyed the game room and the beautiful view from the deck. The house was a little bit close to neighbors and a little bit far from groceries and other amenities.

Beautiful!

We had a great stay.! The house is beautiful, and proximity to the lake is wonderful. We rented a boat for the week and went out on the lake every day. Kim was responsive to inquiries. Our only hiccup was the gas fireplace in the great room wasn’t working, but Kim did send workers promptly to try to get this fixed. All in all, a fantastic week!

Great property; the view of the lake from the deck is perfect and the owner was very helpful!

We celebrated our daughters birthday over 4 days with some family; the house was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. The owner, Kim, was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The property was well maintained and communication with the property manager was good. We chose not to use the hot tub as it appeared a bit dirty. But we were still able to relax and unwind after a fun day of skiing. The house is about 25 minutes from Wisp but the drive is easy enough. We stopped at Traders Coffee on the way to the mountain and then picked up pizza at Brenda’s on our drive back. It was the perfect mid-week getaway for our family.

a perfect getaway

We spent and extra-long weekend at this gorgeous home on the lake. 2 moms and 5 teenagers, and it was perfect. A beautiful, well-appointed home with plenty of room to gather together, and plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. It snowed the entire time that we were there. The view of the frozen lake was amazing.. Super close to WISP, it was easy to get to/from for skiing. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Gorgeous House & Views but some issues

House is gorgeous & nicely decorated. Lake views are beautiful. Very nice deck & firepit but too cold to use during our winter visit. Would be great for other seasons. Biggest drawback of house for us and our winter vacation is that it is 25 minutes from WISP. The Map/listing says it's 7 miles to WISP. It is 15 miles - thus twice as far and inconvenient for dropping off/picking up teens. Owner is very responsive via text/phone. The Issues we had were a fire alarm beeping that took 24 hours to fix - maintenance people had to come twice. And the Hot tub was unusable - water was brown (tea/coffee in color) and smelled. Didn't realize this our first night until we went to use it the 2nd night. Maintenance didn't come to drain & refill until late the next day so it was only 81 degrees the 3rd night & therefore not warm enough to use. On the 4th & last night - the water was brown again so we never got to use it. Master bathroom was gorgeous with heated floors, soaking tub, enormous shower and Fireplace in the bathroom. Although, beds aren't very comfortable and thermostats are hard to control - either too hot or too cold, it is a very nice house for a small group. Teens enjoyed the game room and basement family room for video games.

Relaxation with high-end Finishes

My husband and I travel to Deep Creek at least once a year- sometimes more. We’ve stayed in different houses each time. This home is by far the most cozy with elegant high-end finishes. If you are looking for a home for just your family or perhaps 1 other small family- this is the nicest home I’ve found. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary in quarantine. The lake views were beautiful- the heated floors and fireplace in the bathroom/bedroom were exceptional. Kim was responsive to our questions and easy to work with. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The first and second day it rained, then it snowed....so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside of the property as much as we would have liked- but enjoyed the views of the lake from inside and had a great time. We do wish the fireplace in the living room were wood burning but that’s really our preference. Water pressure was great. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great Place, awesome views

Wonderful peaceful location, breathtaking views of the lake whether your on the dock, at the fire pit, on their beautiful deck, in the house, or enjoying the sunset from the hot tub. House itself is first class all the way. Owner is also spectacular. Highly recommend.

My husband and I live with our teenage boys in Tampa, FL.
We spent a summer on the lake and it reminded us of an old fashioned style summer.
Kids not on video games and not wanting to be on video games. Learning to water ski, jet ski, boat, tubing and having so much fun that they didn't want to go home.
Great evenings at amazing restaurants in-town, back to nature with tons to do.
It is true family bonding and get-away-from-it-all relaxation. Our neighbors are amazing and this is our little spot of heaven.
