With 2 tankless water heaters you will always have hot water, even when staying with a large group!!! This is a newly renovated & roomy 5 bedroom, 4 full bath ranch, on a 1/2 acre with lots of privacy in the ready to entertain back yard. Plenty of room for activities, large island and outdoor dining spaces, fire pit & large back deck both with built-in benches, sleeps 28 in beds, all with memory foam mattresses, just off State Rd 31 & State Rd 32, 3 mi. to Grand Park, <10 mi. to 465 making this a perfect location for folks visiting Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, Indy, Kokomo, Speedway, & Greenwood.

Wonderful House!

We’ve been coming here for years for soccer tournaments, love it! Perfect location and so much space. Highly recommend!

The Westfield Lodge

We had a wonderful family gathering at the Westfield Lodge. There is a nice large island in the kitchen to gather and play cards/games. There is a nice backyard with a deck as well as a nice fire pit to enjoy. Nice trip!!!

Perfect for a golf trip

Home was perfect location for an annual golf trip with friends. In near proximity (max 30 mins) to some outstanding courses. Spacious yard to relax/unwind after being out in the sun all day with plenty of folding tables/chairs. Highly recommend!

Baseball Weekend in Indy

This house was a perfect location to Grand Park for our recent baseball tournament. Extremely convenient to get to/from the park plus most anything you need 5 minutes from the house. Kristy was great answering our questions leading up to our stay and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely be recommending this for any friends who are headed to Westfield in the future.

As Spacious and Nice as Advertised

We stayed at Westfield lodge with our large family as we visited family in Zionsville. The house is roomy and clean, with ample area for a large group to gather. The large, flat back yard was great for us and we enjoyed the corn hole set provided. Kristy was super communicative and flexible, offering early check in and late check out. We’d definitely return!

Great Family Reunion Spot

We were visiting Elwood, IN for a family reunion. Our families staying at the home were from Indiana, Kentucky, & South Carolina. The house was immaculately clean. Easy access to surrounding cities. Huge backyard. Easy check-in & check-out. The sleeps 28 people. Be sure & list the full number of guests at the time of reservation. Each guest over 6 people is charged an extra $50 per person per day. I listed 6 instead of 16 & didn't realize the price difference until 2 weeks before the trip. The owners worked with us though & only charged us for 4 extra guests (10 people) instead of 10. The only complaint we have is the house next door had a large dog. It barked anytime we went outside. Other than that the house was great!

Fantastic Place for a Large Group

The property was perfect for our trip with a student group. It was clean, spacious, well-located close to everything in Indianapolis and the owners were welcoming and available for our questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved our time at the Westfield Lodge. We spent the weekend there for our son's wedding in Carmel. Everything was perfect!!! It was clean. It accommodated our large group so well. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates, cups, pans and bowls. We loved the back yard with a lovely porch with tables and chairs, corn hole and the fire pit. Derek and Kristy were awesome! They answered all of my questions in a very timely fashion. We had a blast and were so thankful for a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it!!!

Short Drive from Indy & Everything We Needed

This is a terrific property and was just as advertised. Having the three bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms was perfect for our group there for the National Championship. The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. The house is generously stocked, complete with plenty of towels, with games, even firewood in the firepit outside. There were Keurig cups but also a coffee maker, which we prefer. Generous in providing toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc - things that I appreciate as a regular user of VRBO homes. The family room with large TV is great and the deck and backyard are wonderful. The location in terms of restaurants, stores and activities couldn't be more convenient.

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful layout and up to date decor! Big backyard and plenty of parking. The bedroom count and 4 full bathrooms was wonderful to have access to. We had everything we needed. Great communications and support from the host, can't wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy the outside amenities more! Thank you!

Great Fourth of July

We had a large group of family stay. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The common areas were great. The backyard and deck were great. it is all wonderful.

We both work in the real estate industry and when we found this property, we felt that it was the perfect location and perfect fit for an Airbnb! We designed the house specifically to meet the needs of our Airbnb guests and to accommodate large groups. We hope you love it as much as we do!
