Whether you are traveling for sports or need a spot to house your friends and family, Sidelines offers a fun space to entertain and relax. Formerly a grocery store, the owners have newly renovated the commercial building into a rental unit , which makes Sidelines one of the most unique properties in the area - offering plenty of indoor space, secluded private fire pit & patio, plenty of outdoor space and parking. Amazing countryside view yet within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and stores.

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay! We shared it with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room is very spacious and was perfect for the kids. The host was very quick to respond.

We were staying on the property for my grandsons swim meet and loved the privacy and the small town atmosphere.The place was very large and had everything we needed and it was very clean and the game room upstairs was a game changer.We would highly recommended this place.

Absolutely amazing place! We stay here twice a year for soccer tournaments, always very clean!!!The owners are great to work with!!!!

Everything about our stay was incredible from beginning to end. The house was very clean and full of entertainment. This home will definitely be on our list if we need to stay around the area again! The owners were also very nice and communicating with them was very easy. Definitely will recommend to others!

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. It was perfectly set up for staying with families and every age range in our group loved it. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Stay for Grand Park

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with a few other families and it worked out great. Close to Grand Park. Plenty of space upstairs for kids to have own space to hang out.

The home was very clean and the host was responsive. The game room was perfect for our mixed age family group. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was on the small side but we were able to make it work just fine. We appreciated the extra commercial size refrigerator. The location was perfect for us and close enough to Indy area to do fun outings.

Great Stay

Robbie's house exceeded our expectations. It was a great place to stay while we were away with a group of friends and kids. The house was setup for the kids to have a great time and was a good base of operations for our events in the area.

Christmas getaway

This is our second stay at this location! Its always very clean and welcoming! Theres plenty of space for all the kiddos to play and have fun! We will more than likely return!! Loved our stay here!

Basketball weekend retreat

Enjoyable place to stay with family and friends for our basketball tournament. Plenty of room for everyone. Good location and not far from food or shopping. Property owner responded to all of our needs promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Fun Group Rental

The property was clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for when entertaining 4 families. The upstairs game area was a blast and the bedrooms were all comfortable. We would highly consider staying here next year when we are all back in town.

Grand Park Tourney

We stayed with our 3 kids over a weekend tournament in Grand Park. It was easy access to the fields (close enough to run over and back if needed ) and a great home base. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for multiple families to stay for tournament weekends! Plenty of space, place was very clean and conveniently close to Grand Park Sports Complex.

Beyond Expectations

This property was above amazing. Clean and tidy with tons of space. Perfect location for a large group with adults and teenagers. The game room space was amazing.

NYE getaway with family

Overall, it was a great stay. There was something that appealed to everyone in our group. This was a family trip with grandparents, parents, and children. I wish grocery store had been closer.
