Perfect vacation in paradise

It was absolute paradise. Both the gulf and bay were gorgeous. We loved the remoteness and enjoyed many walks on the beach and fishing off the dock. The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs during the stay. We will definitely be staying here again. The only bad thing is the mosquitos so make sure to stock up on some bug spray.

Great location

The cabin is in a beautiful spot between beach and bay. It is a cabin with some age so not fancy but comfortable. The only issue we had was the cabin gets warm because the air conditioning can’t keep up with the heat outside.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved having our own private area on the ocean side and the bay side with no crowds or groups. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week on the beach. The kids loved the loft and made it their space for the week. We are already planning a return trip! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven.

Anniversary getaway

Even though we live only 20 minutes away, LGI is always the getaway we need! Sunny Daze is in the perfect location and a really nice property. The property was clean and well stocked. The boat dock was awesome since we come by boat. Our only recommendation would be to replace the beach chairs, as the existing ones are a bit “tired”. The only thing we needed and couldn’t find was a pizza cutter and an ink pen, lol. This property will definitely be in the running for our return trip next year!

Great spot on the gulf and bay!

We loved having our boat docked right out back. Beautiful sunsets from the front deck. Beach in front was uncrowded. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful location

We made many beautiful memories during our stay. It’s an older property that would benefit from some renovations. Nothing fancy, but the wall-to-wall carpeting which includes the bathrooms isn’t favorable for a waterfront or rental property. Many items needed to be repaired or replaced (light fixture in dining room, light above the sink, light and fan above the range, dryer, window & sliders). This was a lot of money for our family to spend on a trip, which is why I mention the needed repairs and renovations. That being said, you just can’t beat the location. Words cannot describe how unbelievably incredible this spot is. We’ll definitely be looking for a house in this area again.

The owners have replaced the bathroom carpeting with vinyl flooring and replaced the ceiling fan in the dining room. Dryer has been repaired and sliders have been cleaned and lubricated. As you can imagine, maintenance on a barrier island is continual and ongoing, but many of the items you mentioned have been taken care of by the owners, most notably a new fan/light above the table and the removal of the carpeting in the bathroom!
