Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO Guests:

After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.

All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines important information regarding payments, cancellations, condo rules, and guest policies.

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• A refundable $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival
• The hold will be released within 48 hours after departure, subject to the conditions outlined in our rental agreement

We do not accept third-party bookings.

Property was comfortable and as advertised. Kitchen was well appointed including several seasoning staples. Quiet location convenient to stairs and elevator. Host was excellent providing prompt responses to any inquiry. Very nice uncrowded section of the beach. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved it!

We loved the condo itself. I missed seeing the beachfront but it’s a great property. Only suggestion I have. Instead of the 2 living room chairs, maybe put 2 small recliners in there. Not really comfortable to watch tv or play games and such. Other than these 2 things there’s no complaints at all. We love Andree and her condos.

Amazing Stay on 30A

First time at Blue Mountain Beach, but definitely not the last. The property was amazing and accommodating. Andree was helpful throughout our stay and the proximity to the beach was ideal. Can't wait to go back!

Great condo

I highly recommend Southern Vacation Rentals (Andree) and the Blue Mountain Condos. Perfect location on the beach. We were kept well informed by text and email of all the needed info for the condo. We had a perfect trip and Andree is great to work with.

Comfortable, relaxing, beautiful!

Andree was a wonderful host! Very responsive to any questions we had, and super friendly. Unit was just as advertised, with plenty of amenities. Beach access was never overcrowded and all the other guests we encountered were very pleasant. Nothing negative about our trip and we will be rebooking with SHVR again!

This property was clean and bright. Our individual condo was not on the beach, but the complex was, with beach chairs and umbrella included. The communication was particularly good with everything conveyed well that we needed. Andree’ is very responsive and knowledgable. There were multiple families with small children, so apparently a good place for families. We only had adults with us on this trip, but did not hear anyone when inside our condo, and had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach. It is like a hidden gem that we have found.We typically cook some each day on vacation, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is a definite do-again!

Blue Mountain Beach Condo #101

This condo was perfect for our beach trip. It was exactly as pictured and described on the website. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Perfect Accomodations!

Great location to restaurants, beach and pool. Condo advertised exactly as listed. Very clean and nicely updated with decor. 1st rate property with maintenance of grounds. We hope to return. Andree’s guidance was above and beyond any in my past.

Ready to go back!

This was our second year renting from Southern Hospitality and they continue to be wonderful to work with. We were in a different condo this year but same layout and equally as beautiful and clean. They are a joy to work with and communicate with. Would definetely rent again from them.

Blue Mountain Beach #101 was AMAZING!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay perfect. The host was very accommodating and communicated every detail. The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated. The beach was fantastic and we enjoyed having chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each morning. It was a really special vacation and I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Beach Resort to everyone. Andree made everything effortless and I want to thank her personally for being available for any questions. Such a great time. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Southern Hospitality

We could not have asked for a better stay at Blue Lupine. The condo 101 was just beautiful and so very clean. Comfortable beds, very spacious, nice outside furniture. We loved being in the first floor. Cannot say enough about the communication with Andree. She is always on top of things. If there was a problem with the building premises we knew about from her before hand and they quickly resolve minor problems. Will definitely stay at the Blue Lupine again!

Perfection!

My husband and I took our two teenagers and a couple of their friends to the beach for an end of the summer trip. (Age range 15-17). We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. The property was beautiful and so clean! All the pictures and descriptions on the property are accurate. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely would rent from Andree and Southern Hospitality again! She was super helpful at every step along the way!

Perfect place on the beach!

We loved staying at #101. Nice, very quiet area. Condos are hidden away from the hustle of 30A and right on the beach. Once you step out the back door of the complex, you are at the pool and only steps down the stairs to the beautiful beaches of South Walton. Condo is very spacious, large living and kitchen area. Nice, comfortable beds, even the twins were very comfortable. Very large balcony for nice dinners outside and a private balcony off the master. We will return! One of our favorite places in over 20 years of vacationing on 30a. Thank you very much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Blue Mountain is a beautiful beach area, and the property is easily accessible yet private. The unit we stayed in is spacious, pristine and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner prep. Although we missed the ocean view from our porch, we were only steps away from the beach. The area is secure and safe. Our hostess was so helpful and communicative from the point of reservation through the end of our week’s stay. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process and with our accommodations.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!
