Ready to turn your beach daydreams into reality? FantaSea Suite is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and soak up those coastal vibes! Perched on the top floor, this beautiful condo offers gorgeous Gulf views where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind with a good book as the waves roll in.
Inside, you'll find a beautifully updated space designed for comfort and relaxation. The private bedroom features a fabulous king-size bed, while additional guests can enjoy the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and twin bunk beds tucked into the alcove—giving everyone their own cozy spot to recharge after a fun-filled day at the beach.
The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in a breeze, featuring lovely granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker for that essential morning cup of coffee. When you're ready to relax, enjoy free WiFi and DishTV, or toss those sandy towels and swimsuits into the convenient washer/dryer right in the unit.
And yes, your four-legged family members are welcome too! FantaSea Suite allows up to 2 dogs. A $100 non-refundable fee applies to the first pet and a $50 non-refundable fee applies to the second pet. No cats, please. Guests must contact our office prior to arrival to arrange payment of the pet fee and/or sign the required pet addendum.

FantaSea Suite is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area.

Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. FantaSea Suite is located on the third floor and in close proximity to Elevator 1 near the front of the complex. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.

Located directly on Seawall, this property is convenient to any of Galveston's area attractions. Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt, fishing and the beach are all within a short walk or drive. Head to the West End and visit more of Galveston's beaches and do a little bird watching. Or, head east to do a little shopping in the Downtown Strand Historic District, visit art galleries, museums, or take in a live performance at The Grand 1894 Opera House or the East End Theatre Company. Numerous local restaurants offer various culinary delights and you are sure to find something tasty at almost every price point.

FantaSea Suite is your Galveston retreat!

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

​​​​​​​All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Although the property was under going some repairs the unit itself was nice and clean. The management was very friendly and were fairly accomodating for our needs. This is an older property but it is pet friendly and the pools were very nice and clean and looked like they had just been refurbished. I would stay here again. Also, a big huge plus was that they let me move my reservation to another date when my mother died 1 day before our planned arrival. For that alone i have to give them a huge thumbs up.

Our stay was okay overall. The biggest positive for us was that the property was pet friendly, which was really nice and made traveling with our dog much easier.The location was also nice, and the pool and common areas were enjoyable. The unit itself was a bit cramped for three people, with very limited storage space. It was on the third floor, and the elevator was not very close to the unit, which made getting back and forth less convenient. The kitchen also had very minimal cooking supplies, which made it difficult to prepare meals during our stay.Overall, we appreciated that the property was pet friendly and enjoyed the location and amenities, but the unit could use more storage, better-equipped kitchen supplies, and more convenient elevator access.

Outside of building was undergoing some construction, which was unexpected, however the condo was very clean and smelled like fresh linens when i walked in. Plenty of towels, everything was clean. One thing that was a detraction for me was that i had to pay an additional 60 to park. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Nice little place on the west end of the sea wall

I liked this place. A great little condo with a really great view of the water. Its on the west end of the sea wall, so it's a little quieter there than on the more busy portions, which I appreciate. Would definitely rent here again.

Great stay!

Everything was wonderful. We had no issues with the elevator being out, we had plenty of hot water and the pool was clean every day. The unit itself was perfect for us. We love this property!

Beach get away

Great location on the seawall, the check in process was easy, everyone we talked to were very nice. Room was clean and very cute, had a view of the beach. Pools on the property were wonderful. Would stay here again.
