Our stay here was amazing! It’s even better in person than it is in the pictures, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, the pools are all very nice and clean, they even have a little swim up bar. The condo itself was very clean, they had all the necessities and also included games and things to entertain. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

4 adults 1 teen and 1 child::: 5 stars:::: We loved our short trip. This condo had everything we needed including a beach view. Even better it was right across the street from the beach. Also loved the beach items like the boogie boards. We also used the pool and the hot tub. The overall size of the unit was a little on the smaller side. It sleeps 6 but i wouldn’t recommend 6 people staying there.

I looked at a lot of options to stay at the beach. I’m so glad I chose MY HAPPY PLACE! No wonder Sharon is a Super Host. The place was absolutely adorable! Everything you need, she’s already thought of. She even had a few coffee pods, and individual pats of butter (which worked out great since I brought bagels but nothing to put on them). The condo has a beautiful view, right across from the beach. Great location. And it was decorated so so cute! My son and I had a wonderful weekend there. BOOK THIS ONE!!

The host and condo itself was amazing, perfect location to everything. The downside was the elevator not working and the elevator that was working was super slow and hot, they are doing renovations so hopefully that helps. Again the condo itself was wonderful.

It’s the property (Maraville) that is getting a bad review, not the condo itself. No upkeep on the building and the construction has been going on for at least three years because we stayed there at the same part of the building was being worked on. I would not recommend the property (Maraville) to anyone!

We love the condo! Everything you need or want Sharon has provided. The decor is so adorable and the place is very comfortable including the balcony, me and my little Buddy, dog, spent a lot of time out there relaxing. The grounds, pools , etc. are very nice. Sharon is a fantastic host too!

This was one of the best experiences! The host was very helpful and very accommodating. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The pools were amazing! The view was beautiful from the 3rd floor balcony! Everything was within walking distance! We were there for a softball tournament and the fields were a 5 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again on future visits!

Very happy with our stay. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Direct access to the beach across the street. Multiple pools and a lovely balcony to watch the sunset / sunrise.

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely book again. The home was incredibly cozy, and exactly what our family needed before heading out on our cruise. It felt comfortable right away, which made traveling with a kid so much easier.The host was truly outstanding! She was responsive, kind, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.Location-wise, it was perfect for a pre-cruise stay. There was easy access to everything we needed and a created an stress-free start to our trip.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-managed stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The host was very welcoming and responsive to all our questions. The amenities like the hottubs and dog park were very well maintained and very enjoyable to use. The condo itself was spotless and very nicely updated. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It is unusual to find a kitchen so well stocked in a VRBO.

Cozy, extremely clean, near the elevator, and well stocked with all the essentials. Complex is close to all the sites and activities , but far enough away to not be clogged with traffic and other distractions.

Great location, nice clean and close to beach I would definitely stay again. Owner even offered me an additional day for half off.
