Ideal location with easy beach access. This inside corridor condo offers great views from a private balcony . The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway.
The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street.
Televisions -2 smart TVs. living room & bedroom.
Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room.
USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom.
Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest.

The condo is situated on the Seawall with a great view. It was decorated so cutely and was quite clean and comfortable. Our hosts, Cass and Cynthia gave us excellent directions and responded very quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean! Clean room, clean towels, and clean beds. Not only was it right across the street from the beach, it was more clean than we would expect for a hotel room. The host seemed to take extra steps to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This is why people should pick VRBO over hotels.

We have stayed at this condo previously and it never fails to stand up to its excellent listing. Great Owner communication, great location to the Galveston Beach/Seawall, and great Gulf View property with two large pools.Highly recommend this unit for a fun and safe trip to Galveston beach.Paul & Ellen (68 years young)

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in this lovely condo before boarding a cruise ship. It was very well maintained, clean and had everything you needed in a great central location. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent place and great location! The condo was very clean and well stocked. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Everything was as pictured. Walked in to a clean condo and great view. Central location to everything and a quick, safe walk across the street for the beach. We enjoyed both pool areas.

Hi, we are Cass and Cynthia and we live in the Houston area. We purchased this condo in 2013, because we love the beach and enjoy spending family time at the beach. We enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Galveston is only a 45 minute drive from Houston and holds many unique and historical qualities. One of the primary reasons we bought this condo, was location, location, location. We love being directly across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and fishing (Cass’ favorite pastime). We rent our condo out, in hopes of other people getting as much enjoyment from it as we do. We invite you to stay with us.
