BeachFront Condo - Seaside Sea-Esta - No Cleaning Fees!

Come relax at our 'Seaside Sea-Esta'.

Ideal location with easy beach access. This inside corridor condo offers great views from a private balcony . The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway.

The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street.

Televisions -1 smart TV in living room & 1 regular TV in bedroom.
Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room.
USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom.

Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest.
Free wireless internet.
The condo has a key-less electronic lock for easy private access.
Complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles.

PS: Casa Del Mar condominiums charges a $25 parking fee. Fee is per vehicle and per week. This fee is required to be paid at the front desk in the lobby at time of check in. Credit card only.

Until further notice we have currently removed folding beach chairs and beach toys from the property.

Best place ever!

This is by far the best vacation condo I’ve rented. Perhaps a little small for some, but the very best amenities. The hosts had anticipated every need a vacationer would have. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities from food basics like snacks to things like aluminum foil.

Pre-cruise visit

Property met all our needs. Superior location with a sea view. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bathroom and shower. Nautical charm and cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice properly, however expensive for the size of the apartment and was not aware of paid parking until later.

Beach Condo deserves it's five star rating

We stayed at Seaside Sea-Esta for a couple of nights at Christmas while visiting family. We picked it because it had a view of the beach and all five star ratings. The owner kept in contact about when the room would be available for occupancy. The location is excellent with a view of the beach. It is right across the road from the beach and pier. Walmart and other shops are within a short walk. The room was very clean and even the entry by the elevators smelled clean. You set your own door code which keeps you from having to remember your room key when going to the beach or nearby restaurants. Parking is available right by the unit. If you go down to Galveston make sure to see the old homes downtown and take the 10 minute free ferry ride. There is also an amusement park near downtown and the ferry. On our next trip to Galveston we will be sure to stay again at Seaside Sea-Esta.

Very nice

Feels small, but perfect for 2 adults with or without 2 smaller children. Great location. close to downtown/beach /walmart. Need a car to properly get around. Nice clean unit and good main queen bed. AC and heat if necessary and 2 pools.

Fantastic location, good for family

We booked this condo to spend a couple days in Galveston before our family cruise. The location was perfect for us. Across from the fishing pier, short walk to Wal-Mart and a grocery store. Our kids loved the built in bunk beds. Only one bathroom but very specious. And you can enjoy the balcony and see the ocean. We even got a little time to swim in the heated pool. Highly recommend and will be back.

Great getaway spot!

Holiday Respite

My daughter & I wanted a holiday get-away to de-stress from our crazy schedules. This condo on the Seawall in Galveston was perfect. The view & beach access is perfect. Groceries are within walking distance. The unit has plenty of parking. The owners have attended to every detail in the unit, from all the necessary cooking utensils to extra fluffy towels in the bathroom, ample nightlights in all areas, & a very comfy bed. In addition, & most important to me, was how clean the entire unit & everything in it was. It is definitely an place conducive to unwinding.

Last Minute Get Away

We found everything in the condo, just as reported and shown! So adorable. Love the balcony chairs—they’re super tall, so I can see easily over the railing. This place is so perfectly located across the street from the 61st pier, with bar (that serves food) upstairs, and beach access—stairs and ramp. Cass and Cynthia were quick to respond and we were so happy they were available last minute:). And the extremely reasonable price was such a blessing. We’ll be back, for sure.

Perfect Get Away Spot

We really enjoyed our stay and it was in a great location walking distance to the beach! We had fun at night coming back to the condo after a day of exploring to play the card and board games stocked up at the condo.

Great place, great location

Location was perfect! Condo was perfect! Was one of the best I’ve ever seen for having everything we needed. Coffee and a whole station to make your coffee how you like it! Trash bags, good soap, plenty of towels, and many other nice touches!

Weekend Getaway for 2

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, felt safe, the condo was clean & had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were very responsive & accomodating to a couple of questions regarding check-in & check-out. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings, watching the ocean was wonderful. We will absolutely book this same one again!

Hi, we are Cass and Cynthia and we live in the Houston area. We purchased this condo in 2013, because we love the beach and enjoy spending family time at the beach. We enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Galveston is only a 45 minute drive from Houston and holds many unique and historical qualities. One of the primary reasons we bought this condo, was location, location, location. We love being directly across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and fishing (Cass’ favorite pastime). We rent our condo out, in hopes of other people getting as much enjoyment from it as we do. We invite you to stay with us.
