Private, quiet, park like setting guest suite in Lake Forest Park, WA. 20 minutes from Seattle. It is in the basement of our home, we offer a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for a couple or single traveler visiting Seattle for leisure or work. One car parking included. Pretty territorial view of the beautiful Cascade Mountains. We live upstairs and are here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location, clean and comfortable unit

This was our second stay and everything was just as good as our first in this super clean and comfortable unit. The location is perfect, very private and quiet, nice little extra touches in the kitchen and excellent communication with the owners. It’s our favorite place to stay!

Great location, beautifully clean and comfortable!

So happy with our stay at this property! Beautifully clean, comfortable and they thought of everything we could possibly need. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens, kitchen had everything we needed including thoughtful touches that went above and beyond, well outfitted bathroom, great shower. And the view from the deck was fabulous! Love this place and hope to be back when we visit family!

Very nice and comfortable VRBO

Our first time using VRBO and will definitely continue. Jamie and Derek have a beautiful home with this downstairs studio type setting. The bed is super comfy. Pretty much anything you need for cooking too. Plenty of dishes and was especially excited that there was good creamers (liquid) for our coffee. We're going to most definitely book again in the future because it's way more comfortable, clean and inviting than a hotel stay. More affordable as well, thank you for that Jamie and Derek. We were Blessed!!

Clean and cozy spot

This unit was perfect for our mother to come up for a visit. The space is very private and cozy. The owners are very friendly and accommodation. Would recommend!

Comfortable apartment in lovely neighborhood

The apartment was comfortable, private, and conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to Lake Forest Park amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Great place to stay!
