Quiet setting in Lake Forest Park, bordering N Seattle. Our suite is one mile to our local town center and Kenmore Air, and a short drive to two light rail stations for a quick trip to down town Seattle. The space has it's own entrance and is located in the lower level of our home. It offers a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and small dining space. It's perfect for a couple or single traveler visiting Seattle for pleasure or work. Parking space for one car is included. We live upstairs and are here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Perhaps the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. Beautiful location in the hills and tall trees of Lake Forest Park. Renovated clean and quiet unit with full kitchen and great coffee options. Easy access. Great food options nearby. Short distance to the Burke-Gilman Trail. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Thank you! I hope to be back soon!

This is a beautiful part of the Seattle area. It is very forested with hills, flowers and stunning views of the Cascade mountains! The property feels very secluded with beautiful cedar trees right outside the windows. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. One small note is that there is no washer and dryer, so if you are planning on doing laundry and you stay here, you’ll probably have to find a laundromat. But I didn’t have a problem because I brought plenty of clothes! I did not venture up to the rooftop to see the views but it seems like there was a really lovely area there to do that. The hosts were very friendly and responded immediately when I communicated with them through the VRBO app.

Property was clean and spacious. Host was communicative, friendly, and very responsive. I had a three-evening stay (just myself) and had everything I needed. Refrigerator is dormitory size and I was able to fit all of my food for one person for the duration but it may be small for two people who would be staying longer.

The place was clean, cute, and relaxing. Communication was effortless and top-notch. Important things to me where safety and the ability to prep for and keep our busy athletic schedule for the week. Everything felt comfortable and secure. Grocery, my gym, and gas were all close. I appreciated the wine opener and aerator after a long day. All the windows opened to a private view and I loved waking up to the sunrise. The pillows were so comfy! There was no laundry available or an iron/steamer in case that matters to you. Otherwise it is perfect for two, even on a busy, week long, work trip.

Great location, clean and comfortable unit

This was our second stay and everything was just as good as our first in this super clean and comfortable unit. The location is perfect, very private and quiet, nice little extra touches in the kitchen and excellent communication with the owners. It’s our favorite place to stay!

Comfortable apartment in lovely neighborhood

The apartment was comfortable, private, and conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to Lake Forest Park amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Great place to stay!

Great location, beautifully clean and comfortable!

So happy with our stay at this property! Beautifully clean, comfortable and they thought of everything we could possibly need. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens, kitchen had everything we needed including thoughtful touches that went above and beyond, well outfitted bathroom, great shower. And the view from the deck was fabulous! Love this place and hope to be back when we visit family!

Very nice and comfortable VRBO

Our first time using VRBO and will definitely continue. Jamie and Derek have a beautiful home with this downstairs studio type setting. The bed is super comfy. Pretty much anything you need for cooking too. Plenty of dishes and was especially excited that there was good creamers (liquid) for our coffee. We're going to most definitely book again in the future because it's way more comfortable, clean and inviting than a hotel stay. More affordable as well, thank you for that Jamie and Derek. We were Blessed!!

This place was ideal for me while my house was undergoing a remodel. It’s located on a hill in a beautiful neighborhood, with great views. I like walking and hiking and found a wonderful trail close by. The town center is a great place to have breakfast or lunch, and the Burke Gilman trail for walking or biking is only a mile away. The place is clean, has a very comfortable bed, is private and best of all…has fabulous hosts.
