Modern, open concept living area. Charming private patio with chiminea. Roomy master suite with a walk-in closet. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and watching your favorite movies. Minutes from the University of Arizona, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Very secure gated neighborhood with a 2-car carport and ample parking if needed for guests. A Queen bed in each room and the large sectional in living room can also accommodate one or two persons if needed. The kitchen was just remodeled and has granite countertops, brand new appliances, stainless steel backsplash and new tile floors. No carpeting. No Pets. NO Smoking

Nice place, nice location, could use a toaster and cleaner area rug in living room. Would be nice to have a lamp in living room and not the bright overhead lights. Overall, would use again as it is a good/ nice place.

This was our 4th time staying here. We love it! My son will graduate from U of A in May, and I'm sad i wont be in Tucson after that, to stay here!

The rental was very nice and clean. We found the rental was provided with the necessities for our 9 day stay. The rental was in a safe and quiet gated community. The pool area was nice. I can't speak much on the owner but felt that they were available if needed.

Chasing the Sun

We were home in Tucson for a 3-week visit. We chose this townhouse for its proximity to the Loop trail and Rio Vista nature park. We were able to walk to restaurants/pubs/groceries. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, and a pleasant pool area too. We look forward to visiting again.

Tuscon getaway

My daughter and I were in town for the gem show. We had a excellent stay. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was clean, nice kitchen, beds were comfortable. We felt very safe there. Easy to get a hold of the owner and she quickly responded. Would definitely go back!

Quiet and convenient

We had a comfortable stay and plenty of room for the four of us (adults). Owner is very friendly and told us to call her anytime for supplies or problems.

Christmas stay-cation

We've had seven different VRBO experiences and this was, by far, the best regarding the property manager, the online property description and the amenities.The location was easy for access to all the activities in which we participated.

Great stay!

Very nice unit in a secure, safe, and quiet complex. Communications with the host were replied in a very timely manner. No doubt that I would stay here again if I visited Tucson again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here while visiting our son at UofA. It was perfect & home away from home. It was very close & convenient to everything. Peaceful & quiet. The host, Sandra was very attentive and excellent to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here! 😊
