We had a wonderful stay. The sliding door is really hard to open & close ,but that is stated in the listing. The view is wonderful, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen! We would go back!

We arrived after 5:00pm and picked up our packet easily. The condo was very clean and was priced very reasonably for the area. We love St Simon. Such a beautiful area!

We loved our stay and rated high based on the overall value. The condo was spacious, mostly clean (will expand on that later), plenty of bath towels, comfortable beds, and had an unbeatable location, amenities and view. The resort is walking distance to some incredible restaurants and shops. We loved all of the King and Prince amenities as well. Other reviews are right about needing an update, but we didn’t mind the dated decor and features. They had an old-school family beach condo charm. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of some of the kitchen areas. Silverware and some plates weren’t very clean. The bottom cabinet had a terrible mildew smell and we had to wash pots and pans a couple of times before we felt ok using them. There was also some sand around the over burner and some sand that came up the disposal when we ran the dishwasher. Other than those issues, everything else was very clean. We loved our stay and would return again based on the overall value.

Great video and location

The King and Prince is always the best location on the beach. This condo was super clean and met all of our needs.

Excellent Beach Getaway

Really wanted beach view and access and we got it and more. Was great being part of a resort that offered various amenities as well as being autonomous in our own condo. Enjoy the local eating out, taking in and making in.

Great Amenities & fun beach

The condo is pretty dated, but it is nice. The amenities (including heated pool and hot tubs) make it a great fall destination. Good walkable restaurants. Also a great little kid friendly bakery, ice cream, fire pit, and turf/treehouse play area within 100 yards.

King and Prince

Great location! Minutes walk to Crab Trap and other restaurants. Condo could use some upgrades, but overall it was nice.

Weekend with family

Great location very convenient to Pier Village and several restaurants. Nice view of the beach and enjoyed being able to use amenities at the King and Prince. Condo could use some updating.

Love the property

This villa is outdated. Property is great it just needs a remodel.

Thank you for your review. We are aware the kitchen and bathrooms are dated but everything is still in good working order. The nightly rate is reflective of the this. The owners are continuing to make upgrades and hopefully will be remodeling after the summer. We hope you will give us a call when you return to St. Simons.

Right on the BEACH!
