Karen was the host and was Great. Condo was very clean and the beach view was awesome. My family has stayed at a lot of condo's at St Simons and this was one of the best we have every had the pleasure of staying and already looking forward to our next visit

Very nice accommodations perfectly located right near the main resort. Short walk to restaurants and shops as well. Easy check in process that was well explained. Overall an excellent experience.

Gorgeous Condo. Perfect Location.

Karen was a wonderful host. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. This was our 4th visit to SSI and we always stay at K&P, and this condo was by far the best. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with my family.

Perfect location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 3 tween/teens. The pools, hot tub, hotel restaurants and beach are a two minute walk away. The kids loved walking to the village and playing Pickleball off site. We will be back!

Wonderful property

We had the best time in St. Simons! The condo was a perfect spot for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a lovely addition and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Thank you for everything — we will be back!

My favorite place in Georgia.

This was our second trip to the island and our second time staying in this beautiful condo. The owner is very helpful and the place is decorated to a millionaire’s standards. She has inspired me in my own home’s update.

Beautiful King and Prince Condo

This is such a beautiful 3 bdrm/3 ba condo at the King and Prince Resort. The condo is even lovelier than the photo’s online. Had everything we needed - and more - for a great stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. Will be back, for sure!

Beautiful property

The condo is just as pictured, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were superb. This was our first visit to the King and Prince resort and we loved it! It’s perfect for kids of all ages and adults as well. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The view from the condo was perfect. We would love to return!

Lovely 3 bedroom condo in South Villas at King and Prince. Great ocean views from large 3rd floor balcony. Nice seating in living area. Kitchen was outfitted nicely with everything needed to snack and cook.
