The BEST rental we have ever stayed in at SSI and we have been coming for years. Lovely views. King & Prince hotel amenities. Furnished beautifully with well stocked kitchen.

Condo was very clean and kid friendly. Updated beautifully and easy access to all amenities. Host was excellent with communication as well. Will look at staying here again next time!

Karen was the host and was Great. Condo was very clean and the beach view was awesome. My family has stayed at a lot of condo's at St Simons and this was one of the best we have every had the pleasure of staying and already looking forward to our next visit

I sent two questions (the same ?) on the VRBO app and never got a response from the owners regarding my question. It would be nice if the owners would provide an electric water kettle. The unit was very nicely furnished and clean.

Great place

Very nice accommodations perfectly located right near the main resort. Short walk to restaurants and shops as well. Easy check in process that was well explained. Overall an excellent experience.

Perfect place to share memories

We planned a family vacation. We used to travel to St. Simon’s Island for years. Wanted to bring my grandchildren. We all loved the King and Prince Resort.

Finally, A Short Escape

Great view, great location, well-stocked, easy, and super comfortable, with access to an extra pool and uncrowded HotTub and grills if you need them.

Gorgeous Condo. Perfect Location.

Karen was a wonderful host. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. This was our 4th visit to SSI and we always stay at K&P, and this condo was by far the best. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with my family.

Perfect location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 3 tween/teens. The pools, hot tub, hotel restaurants and beach are a two minute walk away. The kids loved walking to the village and playing Pickleball off site. We will be back!

Wonderful property

We had the best time in St. Simons! The condo was a perfect spot for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a lovely addition and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Thank you for everything — we will be back!

My favorite place in Georgia.

This was our second trip to the island and our second time staying in this beautiful condo. The owner is very helpful and the place is decorated to a millionaire’s standards. She has inspired me in my own home’s update.
