This is a 3 story home with approx. 3,000 sq ft. The bottom floor has 2 BRs and 1 bath and has a full kitchen and a back porch. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room as well as a back deck overlooking a pond with a fountain. This floor includes two BRs and 2.5 baths. The 3rd floor has 1 BRs and 1 bath. The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community.

Overall great experience. Our 8th year staying in Oceanside village and we love it. Our second time staying on Georges Bay and the larger house is exactly what we need. Well equipped with everything you need. Only recommendation to the owners would be to fix the golf cart lights. My family likes to take them to the beach at night and unfortunately we couldn’t do that because the lights weren’t functioning. I looked at the wiring harness and it appeared to be disconnected/cut. I probably could’ve fixed them but chose not to incase this was intentional to not use them at night. But overall we had a great week and will likely book again for next year.

Amazing house, amazing hosts, amazing vacation. This was such an awesome experience, and the hosts were a big part of that. Thank you to them for such a great lodging experience. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great safe location! It was awesome to have the golf carts to get to the amenities. There was a lot of room for our family of 6. This house was very clean. I loved how it was pet friendly and it didn’t have carpets! (no stains from other pets) Great house look no further!!

Great place and location

Annual trip for 6 friends and we could not have stayed at a better place. The two golf carts were a great add, location was perfect, pool and beach access were great also. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood!

Very well appointed kitchen and beds were all comfortable! Two laundry spaces made it easy for our group. Loved the two golf carts and easy beach access!

Enjoyed our stay

House was clean and we had plenty of room. Love that but has two kitchens. Manager was very easy to get in touch with.
