Offering 15% discount for November bookings! 4 night minimum. Ride your golf cart only 1 mile to the private beachfront parking area. Come relax and rejuvenate in this tranquil, beautifully updated home located on one of the most desirable streets in Oceanside Village. Bring the family and enjoy this spacious 1450 sq ft retreat. It boasts an open concept kitchen and living area, along with 2 BR and 2 BA. Kitchen is fully stocked. There is a plush King Bed in the Master BR along with en suite BA, and 2 Full Beds in the guest BR. A pullout loveseat adds additional sleeping space in the LR. Televisions are located in the living room, both bedrooms, and on covered front porch for everyone to enjoy. For those needing a home office, there is a convenient workspace provided with wifi and hard connection. Kick back and enjoy your morning coffee or meals with friends and family on the beautiful, covered porch with outdoor seating and loungers. There is comfortable parking for 2 vehicles. Linens and Towels will be provided. Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival. There is also a variety of beach equipment including beach chairs, and games for your enjoyment. Guests of Oceanside Village have access to a variety of recreational facilities, ensuring endless fun and relaxation right at your doorstep. Amenities include indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub, kids splash pad, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, volleyball, tennis and pickle ball. Best of all, we will provide a complimentary golf cart that can be driven within Oceanside Village and to the private beach front parking area. Enjoy riding through the village or to the community pools. Fitness center is available for a small fee. Many restaurants close by as well as an 18 hole golf course. There is a 7 night minimum stay from Memorial Day until Labor Day, Saturday until Saturday. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and a golf cart agreement. Due to insurance restrictions, no one under 21 will be allowed to drive the golf cart. Smoking, vaping and illegal drug use is not allowed. Reserve your time at Serenity today!

I booked this house for my parents to stay in. It was very clean, in a great location. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves, my husband and I did as well when we came over to visit.

Great communication from hosts. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We loved the closet with beach equipment and even games for us to play. The porch was relaxing. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

10/10 experience! Very responsive communication with owners they checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Was a easy smooth check in and check out. Well stocked home the most comfortable beds we have had in a rental home. Golf cart extremely nice made commute around community a breeze. Quiet street. We will be returning in 2027!

We have been staying at Oceanside Village every summer for the past 6 years, and this stay was by far one of our favorites. The house was very clean and recently remodeled, my husband and I both work in the building industry so we tend to nit pick little things with remodels, and we had absolutely no notes. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. The golf cart was a great bonus, and ran well without any issues. Steve and Cathy were very responsive and made sure we were well informed from check in to check out. Will definitely try to snag this property again for future trips!

We are snowbirds that stayed in this beautiful home for over 3 months..this home is absolutely amazing..very clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook..the kitchen is a cooks dream and what a place to entertain...I can honestly say Cathy and Steve are the best host we have ever had..they are quick to respond to any questions you might have! They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience! This home is completely updated and also has all new furniture..the beds are very comfortable as well! If your looking for a great home to rent in Oceanside village..this is the one you want to rent! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Cathy and Steve for trusting us with your beautiful home! We have been staying at Oceanside Village for years and this is by far the absolute BEST stay we have had!! Spacious bedrooms, wonderful kitchen space with an island, huge bar and kitchen table, and the porch...the porch is just AWESOME, one of my favorite spots for the week. Already booking our future trips here. Host was GREAT and checkin process was the smoothest its ever been. Cant say enough great things about this place!!

The home was amazing, all the comforts of home. It’s a beautiful home, TV’s inside & outside. Golf cart, very nice front porch. The home has plenty of room, very nice furnishings. Close to the beach & nice restaurants & stores. I’ll most definitely be back!
