Vacation

It has a very clean open feel house and the patio area right next to the pool is super! The pool is very nice! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular vacation

Wonderful stay in a prime area,Host was involved and a pleasure to deal with.Heated pool and conveniently located by all attractions.We had a great 5 week stay and would definitely stay in the future.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome heated pool.

We loved our stay. The house is bigger than anticipated. Close to major highways, beaches, groceries. Plenty of towels, pool toys and beach gear.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time at this beautiful property and once again we loved our visit! The environment is comfortable, inviting, and clean. The lanai was our favorite spot to spend a relaxing day; we especially loved swimming in the spacious, warm pool! Drew was a pleasure, always friendly and responsive! Many thanks for a great time!

Great stay

The AC experienced an issue during our stay but Drew was able to get it sorted out right away for us with little to no impact. Drew was a grest host and the property was clean and very comfortable. Cant beat the proximity to Siesta Keys for the price. Would recommend this for any family as having a pool was a huge treat for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

Wonderful outdoor patio and sparkling pool

We really enjoyed our stay! Spent most of the time on the spacious patio. This is a quiet neighborhood in a great location! Drew was an excellent host who promptly took care of a couple of small issues that we had. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Loved the warm pool!

Clean home in a quiet nice neighborhood. Very short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed the warm pool and outdoor living space!! So many pools are not heated and it was cool while we were in Florida so we still got to enjoy the pool. I would recommend this home. Great home for the price!

The perfect house for a family beach vacation!

This house was beautifully decorated and had everything our family of six could need. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles for the kids, and a wagon and two coolers for beach trips. The bedrooms were large and clean with comfy mattresses. We loved coming home after a long day at the beach to chill by the pool-board games and a large screen tv were both options on the lanai. The fenced backyard was great for the kids to catch geckos and play volleyball. Checking in and out was easy and Drew the property manager was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Thanks for a lovely Thanksgiving holiday in warm, sunny Florida. This rental gets 5 stars !!

Great Vacation

We had an awesome month. Pool was perfect! The lanai was a very relaxing place. We spent most our time there while we were at the house. There is a refrigerator, tv, couch, table and chairs all on the lanai. Drew was a great host. Communication with him was quick and easy. We would definitely rent there again. Christine

Spectacular

Beautiful house, very good cleanliness, with all the comforts, I would have liked to stay 15 days, everything is close, pharmacy stores, places to eat, the beach, the spectacular and very clean pool, and most importantly, the communication with the host was Perfect from the day I made the reservation, we really liked everything a lot, next summer we will be there. Thank you very much for everything Mr Moody.

Everything you need

We had a great time in Siesta Key. Loved this home's proximity to everything! Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager. The place is well supplied with all the beach gear you would need. Pool is a great size and was so refreshing.

Property was disappointing

The online pictures are deceiving. The house is very old, which is fine if they were keeping up on maintenance. We brought our dog and the back yard is dirt, no grass. I liked the lanai, but it needed to be power washed badly. The pool was always dirty within an hour of being cleaned. The furniture was filthy. The screening was full of spider webs. All and all it just needs TLC. They need to come and see it. I never heard from Drew to check on our stay except to say the pool guy was replacing the pump ( didn’t help the pool) You have to go through one bedroom to get to the master. No big deal, but be aware. The inside is clean and well stocked. I would not rent again.

Spring Break 2022

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool does not get much sun. However, we did enjoy the pool area and it was nice to be able to watch the NCAA games on the outside TV while the kids played in the pool. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great house with delightful pool area

My family of 6 and my husband’s sister’s family of 5 stayed here together. We had little kids up through teenagers. It was a simple process to book the house and easy to check in. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always replied quickly to any questions we had. The house itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Our favorite area, though, was the outside pool area, where we spent most of our time. The pool doesn’t get much afternoon sun at all, which for some is a perk and for others not as much. :) An outdoor kitchen as well as an outdoor tv were really nice for our group! We highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Emergency travel yet excellent property experience.

We were gathering from all over the United States for celebration of life for my sister. We ended up having more beds than needed yet the property was just what we needed. The pool looks very inviting yet mother nature's cold weather was not conditions for swimming.

Great location.

This was our first time in Sarasota so we wanted to explore. Everything was within 15 to 20 minutes - airport, museums, parks, and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and a great area to walk our dog. House was very clean with plenty of room for 5 plus the dog.

Sarasota stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our two month stay here. The house was adorable and had everything you could need for your stay - tons of towels (beach and bath), kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware, house well furnished and plenty of beach amenities. Cute home layout with a view of the pool from almost every room. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and close to everything - gym, grocery store, shopping. This home was the first in our new adventure to Florida and we could not have asked for a better place to stay.
