Thanks Timothy. 104 Pelican's Landing is a prime spot only a block away from the beach and the Tybee Pier & Pavilion. I hope you utilized the community pool next door in addition to the beach. There are so many options for a great vacation that will meet everyone's wants and needs that comes to Tybee.

Very clean property. The room itself was great other than it was pretty hot the whole time. The thermostat did not get below 74 the entire stay even though we kept curtains and doors shut as much as possible. The view from the balcony is nothing to see, but the location is great and walking distance to everything you need!

Great location!

The property does not have beach towels but did have a hairdryer.

Hi Shannon! Thank you for your review and taking time out of your day! We are glad you loved the location of this home. It is amazing to be able to park your car and just walk or bike everywhere on the South end. You are correct. We do not provide beach towels and we don't typically provide hairdryers either but they are in some of our homes. I hope you guys can come back and see us!

The Tybee Condo

The condo is in a great location and was very nice inside. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults. I wouldn't be sure about 8. Possibly 4 adults, 4 children.

Location is perfect

Had a great great time with just a short walk to the beach. They provided a pack n play with a high chair. There were 2 parking spaces and the condo is right next to the elevator. Check out time is a little early.

Lovely Inside

The inside of this condo is beautiful. All of the furniture is new and well decorated. The location is good if you like being near all the activity in Tybee. For us, the location was a bit too busy and noisy. In addition, the balcony is nice but does not have a good view.

We had a great time!

The condo was very nice and clean. The check-in process was very easy. The walk was a little bit further than we would have liked and we didn't realize the complex did not have its own beach access. The elevator was due for inspection and it rarely worked. I did not feel safe on it.

Perfect Vacation

This was a nice condo very close to the beach. No need to drive to the beach and was close to area shops and the pier. Condo was nice and clean and suitable for having children. There was a high chair and pack and play already there. We found the condo to have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Large refrigerator. It was clean and well maintained. We even found the starter pack of garbage bags, paper towels, and etc. was sufficient for most of our stay which was 7 nights. The only recommendation I would have is switching the mattress in the master bedroom to a memory foam. The shower in the master bedroom was so handy when coming back from the beach to wash off the children as well as the adults. Would definitely consider staying in the same location again!
