Two Mermaids is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art; funky and fun!
Great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony; the perfect spot for reading and relaxing! These condos are within very close walking distance to the beach, the Tybee Pier, shops, and restaurants! Bring your fur babies as Two Mermaids is pet-friendly! (pet fee will apply.)
Features include upgraded finishes and appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances.
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Electric grill. Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub and separate shower in the Master bath. Amenities include two private pools, outdoor sauna, elevators, and community picnic area. The community pool hours are 10am – 10pm and the pool is open all year round.
Garage parking for two vehicles!

Beautiful condo

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

Beautiful Place

Property and Condo were well kept. Condo was very spacious. Beach was a short distance. Loved the place. Pool was very small but ocean was close. Could not have asked for a better place.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was great , clean & spacious , close to beach & had nice pool. Close to shopping & places to eat . Would def stay again . Only down was master needs a bigger TV & more towels . Overall a great vacation !!!!

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Tybee fun

Six women rented at the Mermaids. Had a wonderful time. So great to leave the car at underground parking at rental and take the very short walk to the beach. The condo was in very good shape. Very clean. Fit our needs very well!

Perfect location inTybee

Perfect location overlooking town, with beach access at the ideal point close to the pier, with a great pool to enjoy for the kids after a day at the beach; what more could you want? The outdoor shower was very much appreciated, as was the private elevator access and ample parking. Also appreciated was the open concept; the kitchen/dining/living space is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great restaurants within 1 block (highly recommend Raw Ingredients). Looking forward to another trip to Tybee!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.

perfect location for a great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time at the Mermaid Cottages! The place was clean, adorable, and we very comfortable. The wrap around porch was nice for sunrises and coffee and we had plenty of room to entertain for dinner and games. The location was very close to downtown Tybee Island so we could walk to the nightlife. The property managers were very nice and helpful leading up to and during our stay reaching out several times to give us tips for the busy St. Patrick's Day weekend and just to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing staff, great location

Pictures does not do this justice. The staff was so sweet and such an amazing person. The property was extremely clean, parking was very convenient and the unit has its own elevator. The balcony is very spacious with a pretty view of the ocean. The breakfast club is just steps away from the property, the beach is just steps away and the pier is a easy walk and very close and beautiful. 5 star in my eyes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Two Mermaids recently. Location is superb, right next to the beach & the main street 'strip'. Has covered, private parking (a must for hot GA weather). The rental itself was a great layout for two active kids and 4 adults. Plenty of room, easy to access, and the right number of bedrooms & bathrooms. Highly recommend!
