Cedarwood offers nearly 2000 square feet of living space for your enjoyment. It is located in a nice residential area 2 blocks from the Northern Door YMCA and walking distance to the Door Community Auditorium, Peninsula State Park and downtown Fish Creek's fine restaurants, galleries, shops and public beach. A very convenient location, close enough to activities, yet private and relaxing. Cedarwood has a very large yard with towering evergreens towards the rear of the lot. A walking path is maintained through the trees so you can walk to the BP gas station in case you forget something essential. Wi-Fi connection

Cedarwood is a Winter sports person's delight as we are located near the snowmobile trail. Ride through the woods in the backyard to gas up your sleds and enter Peninsula State Park across from the station. After cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding or snowmobiling warm up in front of the fireplace in our spacious great room. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Our family loved staying at this house! It met all of our needs as far as kitchen, dining, bedrooms, cleanliness, etc. The owners are great. We had a terrible storm blow through and lost power, but not for very long. They so graciously dropped off a couple of lanterns and flashlights for our use. I highly recommend this property!

Very pleased with this home. Cleanliness is very important to me and this place was spotless! Kitchen was very well stocked too! Plenty of room for everyone. Hosts are very accommodating and thoughtful. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely a perfect stay! Clean, fully stocked, an abundance of towels, bedding, cookware, dishes, utensils, blender… ALL the comforts of home! Flowers on the kitchen table greeted us! A/C was on and everything was a go at exactly 3:00! This was our fifth year here and we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Carla and Jay are wonderful hosts! Thank you both for more memories made!

Quiet Wooded Setting

Great 4 BR 2 BA home in quiet wooded setting away from traffic but close to shopping & Peninsula State Park. Plenty of inside and outside seating. Owner has given special attention to what you need for your stay. Lots of special touches.

Perfect place for our family get-together

Between the enormous living room, the second small TV room, the 4 bedrooms, and the outside space, we all could be together or could find private space. We enjoyed the fire pit most nights and managed to squeeze 9 people (some family were staying in a 2nd vrbo place) around the large dining room table. Everyone agreed that we should come back here next summer. Oh, and we discovered a shortcut through the trees at the back of the yard that took us directly to mini-golf!

Great location

We had a great time at this location. So easy to get to any of the fun spots. Lots of space and nice private yard for bonfires. Grandkids loved the wooded trail in the back- goes right to the mini golf place.

After seeing their success I knew this was always a dream of mine. In September of 2007 our opportunity arose and we wasted no time getting busy! HGTV is one of our favorite networks and we had 10 months to put our knowledge and skills to work. Location, location, location... Cedarwood is in a quiet residential area, yet the Door Community Auditorium, the Northern Door YMCA and Top of the Hill shops are a 5 minute walk away. Downtown Fish Creek with it's numerous restaurants, shops, fine galleries, public beach and Peninsula State Park are a 15 minute walk away. One can come back home to Cedarwood to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Cedarwood is great space for families to reconnect while on vacation. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind with enough space allowing for privacy. We carefully thought out what type of amenities would make your stay pleasant and went to work providing them. Cedarwood has 2 TV viewing areas with flat screen HD TVs allowing children to watch a movie while their parent's enjoy watching a game, DVD or favorite show. We maintain an extensive children's movie and cartoon selection. The yard is very spacious and has a bonfire pit which is perfect for making smores. We have plenty of dishes for family dining & a new dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Laundry facilities are available too, along with 3 grills for cooking out while the family plays outdoors. We provide plenty of information on Door Co., brochures, menus, books, magazines and maps to assist in planning your daily activities. We also have Wi-Fi connectivity.
