We loved this house for our annual girls trip. Everything was clean and functional and the kitchen was great to cook in! Loved the mid century touches. Wish the pool was a bit warmer but no other complaints! Would stay again for sure!

Conference Stay

We were here for a trade show and made this place our home base to work and lounge when not at the show. It was a great! Would stay here again.

Heaven in the desert

If you want a private oasis in the beautiful desert, this is it! We were fortunate to have stayed 5 days here. Clean, cute, private with a fantastic pool! Close to everything Palm Springs.

Family vacation to Palm Springs

Great visit to Palm Springs. House was just as listed had everything needed for a week away. The house is fully equipped with everything needed while away. plenty of supplies, pool towels, floats etc. Close to town for shopping and dinning.

Very peaceful and private. Pool was amazing. Room had garbage under bed and bathroom needed a good deep cleaning. House is older so parts are getting a bit worn out. A/C is quite loud inside and outside There are LOTS of rules! If you wanna party this is not the place for you. Absolutely NO music allowed outside.We would come back even though quite pricey for us Canadians.

Adorable and Delightful

It was just the perfect place with 3 master suites, the interior decor was so very well done. The kitchen was stocked as if we lived there. Beds were very comfortable and back yard and pool were just what we were looking for. We had a great visit and the Property Manager was VERY helpful. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week with Family

Had a fantastic, memorable stay with extended family at Retro Retreat during Thanksgiving week ... and the VERY well-equipped kitchen certainly helped! Very comfortable set-up for six adults for four nights. Highlights included the pool/hot tub, central Palm Springs location, comfortable beds, and the previously mentioned kitchen. Would return/recommend!

Want to gatekeep this, but just need to share the joy

Retro Retreat exceeded everyone's expectations. From the stellar communication from PM Daria and walkthrough with Stacy, this set our getaway off to a dynamic start. The MCM property took us back in time where we felt part of the Rat Pack with exquisitely maintained tiles and superb decor. Beds were comfy, kitchen a dream to cook in and the pool and jacuzzi were heated to perfection. I'd go on, but fear it won't be available for our future stay. Book it, just when we're not coming!

Nice but really retro

If you are into retro bathrooms and shower heads go for it. Heads up might not be a good idea to go in July heat. The pool was even hot. :) One night and day with no A/C was not fun either. Especially being 115 degrees!

The desert is very hot in August so it's best to visit during a more moderate season if you are particularly sensitive to heat. We responded immediately to the a/c issue and provided a credit for this guest's inconvenience although the cause of the issue was due to the guest improperly turning on the swamp cooler at the same time as the A/C. We clearly explain a/c operation in the house binder and the arrival instructions as most guests are not familiar with the desert climate.

Lovely retro home vacation

Skipped Christmas gifts and took my husband, daughter, son in law, son and granddaughter for a winter vacation in the sun. Had never been to the area and thoroughly enjoyed this Retro Retreat! The house was fully equipped, the kitchen was amazingly full of all that you might need, including spices, oils, vinegars, etc. We enjoyed the pool and spa every day. Fresh grapefruit from the yard was a real treat. Bedroom with sitting area and sleeper sofa accommodated a 4 year old and her parents perfectly. King bed was ultra firm, too much for us. But other beds were fine. Location was so close to groceries, downtown and things to do. Loved it as a home base to the whole Coachella Valley.

Truly Best Birthday Weekend

We left the property twice in four days because it was paradise and we didn’t need the outside world. This place is stunning, visually eclectic, comfortable, well-appointed, and super clean. Days were spent drinking champagne and lounging at the pool. We had a local service come by one morning for massages and facials. Plans to explore Palm Springs were scrapped in favor of just hanging out at this fabulous house- with our dogs (bonus!). Our host was extra accommodating allowing one guest to arrive a bit early to hang surprise birthday decorations. - so sweet. We left only for one dinner out and of course, to experience the renowned PS Drag Brunch. We all feel this was the best girls weekend we’d ever had. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience in the Heart of Palm Springs.

We stayed in January with my retired dad, adult sister, my husband and my school aged son. We planned to go to the Zoo of the Living Desert and take the Tram up for some light hiking and exploring of the Station facilities. The rental home was convenient for these plans. Turns out the pool and jacuzzi were the big attractions for my son and dad and they spent hours of grandpa and grandson time splashing around. The pool amenities were well stocked and the backyard is beautiful. My husband and I used the jacuzzi night of our stay. With three en suite masters it was the perfect space for our group. It had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental. Check In and Check Out was simple and convenient. Parking accommodated both cars easily. We could walk to downtown but was also far enough in the neighbor where it was quiet every night. I’m booking this home every time for Palm Springs from now on.

Perfect Palm Springs House

We've been coming to Palm Springs for over 35 years. This is was one of the very best rentals we've stayed in. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa were the best...sparkling clear. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the wonderful kitchen. We walked downtown to eat. It was very quiet and we all slepped like babies. This is a perfect rental.
