With Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach within view and just a short walk away, this two-bedroom, two-bath beach house on Kauai's sunny south shore is a great place to call home when visiting the beautiful Garden Island. Enjoy tropical surroundings, ocean and sunset views, and a bright and airy island-style Poipu vacation home nestled in a charming beachside neighborhood.

Size: Approximately 1232 square feet of main living area, all situated upstairs.
Layout: Great room design seamlessly integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sliding door access from the kitchen leads to a covered lanai, offering an ideal space for outdoor dining with a partial ocean view.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath.
Master Bedroom: Furnished with a California king bed, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double-size shower.
Second Bedroom: Offers a king bed as standard, with the option for a twin bed upon request. This bedroom also has access to a full bathroom with a tub shower, accessible separately.

The house was very clean upon arrival. It was very easy to check in. It had all the essentials that you need in the kitchen. I also think it’s at a great location, only a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach. The host Mark was very quickly in responding to questions and was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Mark.

The home is in a fabulous location, less than 5 minutes walking to Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach. The house is extremely clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, gas grill, appliances, etc.). The windows open for wonderful, ocean-air cross-breeze. During warmer times, the AC units work excellently with the windows closed. The bathrooms are nice and clean and the showers have great water pressure with plenty of hot water. The laundry room is well equipped and the car port has a convenient shower head to clean-off after the beach. The area is private, quiet and beautiful, with native fruit trees and flowers on the property and a nice view of the ocean from the deck - perfect for al fresco meals!Nancy and Mark are excellent, caring hosts and very responsive with communication, questions, and needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic for walking down to the beaches nearby. Our son spent many hours bodyboarding in the small cove beach. The house is perfectly appointed and we didn't need a thing that wasn't there already. We had great communication with the host too. We are lucky to live on O'ahu and will be coming back for little getaways to this house. Mahalo for a great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in Kauai and truly enjoyed this home. The house was spotless, well cared for, and stocked with all the amenities you’d expect from home, which made our visit incredibly comfortable. Being just steps away from the beach was the cherry on top and made our stay extra special. Mark was gracious, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Kaua’i. Thank you again.

The house and location were truly exceptional! We've stayed in many places on Kauai over the years and this Poipu Beach house is the best. We enjoyed cooking in the very well appointed kitchen and then eating on the Lanai with the ocean breeze. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Attention to detail was over the top. The beach is a short walk away. We strongly recommend this home and will be back ourselves!

The house is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and just far enough from the crowds to be very quiet while also within a short walk of the central Poipu beaches.

The kitchen and laundry were set up well. You could cook just about anything. The grill worked well. The Lanai was nice in the mornings and evenings. Would stay here again if we get to come back to Kauai.

Great location and helpful host

Our family spent 5 days here and we were very happy with the house and our hosts. Mark was friendly and responsive to all our concerns, which we very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Property was very clean, beds were comfortable (my personal preference is firm, this one was soft), kitchen was fully functional, great location, calm & quit, close to beach. restaurants within 1.5 miles, driving in and out was easy.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived to the extra day we got, (thanks, Delta! ) it was perfect! Our hosts were incredible and attentive to anything we needed (which wasn’t much!!!) They cared about our stay from the time we arrived, through storms and flash flood warnings (can’t do anything about the weather!!), canceled flights with needing an extra night last minute and everything in between, the house and hosts were spectacular. We LOVE Kauai, this island chose us 10 years ago and we were so blessed to return and have such a great place to stay, creating so many more memories! We actually miss Hei Hei (we named the roosters!) and waking up to the sounds of the birds and ocean! Lovely!!! Mahalo nui loa.

Great Place
