Our second stay at the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at (and we've stayed at quite a few)...this cottage location and design are just perfect. Our family of four loves the lanai, the high ceilings, and private hot tub. The decor is upscale but still welcoming. All just steps from the beach for morning coffee before the crowds arrive.

Above and beyond expectations...WOW! By far, Brent's place was our favorite of the entire trip!! It is ideally located in Poipu (a very short walk to the beach and restaurants), is immaculately cared for, clean, and has everything you could possibly want for amenities. It is also beautifully constructed and decorated! Check in was easy, the rooms nice and cool (very quiet AC!), and when we texted Brent about a minor issue (the GFI had tripped the water heater), he was there within 30 minutes! We had a wonderful chat with Brent and truly could feel how much care was put into this cottage. For the price, this was a bit expensive for a couple (worth it!), but it is perfect for two couples traveling together or a sisters' or girls' trip where expenses are shared. Overall, beautiful and outstanding in every way!!!

Absolutely wonderful cottage. Very thoughtful hosts. The outdoor shower, kitchen and patio were the highlights. Perfect location on top of it all. Our family can’t wait to return!

This house is a perfect rental, close to the beach and things to do on the south shore. We really enjoyed the lanai and eating outside on a daily basis. The house is well stocked and well though out with each wing with its own bathroom and bedroom. Would highly recommend this property for families and we look forward to staying again.

This was the best place we have stayed at as a family on the island (this was our third visit). The cottage is very charming, well maintained, clean and clear of clutter, and the kitchen was well appointed. We used the outdoor shower everyday and enjoyed evenings playing board games on the lanai. Brent was very responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Brent and Karen’s cottage! It was the perfect setup for our family of four and felt comfortable and welcoming from the minute we arrived.We especially loved the open floor plan and the outdoor deck—it quickly became one of our favorite places to hang out. And the location is hard to beat! Being right by Poipu Beach made it so easy to walk down for a swim, grab a snack or shaved ice, or head over for morning coffee.Another huge bonus was Joe’s at the end of Pane Road—literally a 2-minute walk away and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So convenient!The cottage was very clean, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed and more. Brent and Karen were wonderful with communication, and their welcome book was such a nice touch. It was full of great recommendations and genuinely helped us make the most of our stay.We absolutely loved our time here and are already calling this our annual Kauai spot!

Our stay was very relaxing and great beach access. Also very close to restaurants and the athletic club with pool was a great plus. Was very clean and would stay there again.

Loved our month at this beautiful beach cottage. The home is beautiful and perfectly laid out for 2 couples. Nice high end finishes and amenities to make the stay comfortable. The owners have clearly designed and appointed this property with love and attention to detail. This property was also in a great location for us. Great walkability in the area. Hope to return.

Another lovely stay at the Cottage!! Our second visit was just as wonderful as the first. Perfect location to everything we love - the ocean, beach and walking trails. The lanai was a great place to be on rainy days, too! Brent is really easy to work with and a great communicator. Hoping to return soon!! Mahalo!

We just loved this cottage! The location was excellent and just steps from a few beaches. There wasn’t a lot of traffic on the street so it was quiet. Brent was responsive to our questions and made our stay worry-free. The king size beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. The bathrooms were roomy as well. We ate meals and relaxed on the lanai. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great location and Great Place

We stayed at this property 2 yrs ago and just loved it. The layout is great, location is fantastic and it is very nicely appointed. Has a great lanai and amenities of beach chairs etc.and a hot tub.

Wonderful Stay for our 4th time!
