Completely remodeled unit with new kitchen, bath, furniture, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, flat screen TV`s in every room, premium bedding, washer/dryer, pool, great location, walk to everything, grocery store across the street, low density community with only 36 units. You can see the beach from the front door and it`s only steps away. How nice is that! Come to relax & enjoy.

Summer Vacation

We had a great stay, this location is steps from the beach. The condo is fully stocked and you have more than enough towels for a family of four. This is the place to stay if your looking for an easy experience at the beach!

Deceiving pictures

Condo was clean, beach access great. However, condo did not have a direct view of ocean, which in pictures looked like it did. You had to walk a ways to dumpster if you wanted to smoke. I talked with other renters that were not happy about that and also said the pictures were deceiving. The TVs were impossible to work, even my computer wiz son in law couldn't even work them. I will never stay there again. I will say, the host replied quickly to my messages.

Great Location Right Next to the Beach

The condo was right next to the beach and across the street was a snall grocery store, a liquor store, a takeout seafood place, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop which made it a great location. There is also a carry-out pizza place about a 10 minute walk away. The host was very helpful and attentive when we contacted him. The condo has a new AC unit which made our stay extra comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay at Gulf Shores.

Adorable Property

The property was adorable and the location was perfect. Right off the beach and close to dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the perfect weekend beach experience.

It’s the beach.

The first location I have stayed where I probably wouldn’t go back. The location was good. The size was really small for the price. What creeped me out was dude monitoring us through ring camera on doorbell. At the last minute we invited my nephew along for our 4-night stay and, upon check-in we promptly received an email saying it would be an extra $50 per night for the extra 10-year old we brought. #1) that is way too creepy for me. #2) regardless if we bring 3 kids or 4, we rented the unit which sleeps 6… if you include the sofa.

Great condo!

You can't beat the location. Great for families who want to enjoy the beach without a drive. Has all the necessities. The bathroom is tiny, but gets the job done. If you are a larger person, you might have difficulty making it all work. The door is definitely not a standard size. In unit washer/dryer is a huge blessing. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not super clean

Check in process was easy, and the owner responded to our email about the property not being cleaned/housekeepers cutting major corners before we arrived there. Dirty dishes, dirty shower, food under couches and hair in the sinks. Great location and overall a good stay.

Great Location

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores, loved the location of the place, we were right on the beach. Place was clean, comfortable and friendly, would stay again. First experience with VRBO, very simple, had all the info we needed and no issues.

Positive experience. Clean, generally quiet, comfortable. The condo is NOT with an ocean view as it seemed to be from the picture online, however.

Comfortable stay

Loved easy quick access to the beach!!! Felt safe to hang out there alone and with my cousin. (2 women). We will come again soon.

Misrepresentation

Sand was everywhere when we got there even on couch. Very small. Bathroom so small needed to leave door open or almost get in shower to close it. Beds very uncomfortable. Couch more a loveseat so couldn’t lay on that and pulling it out wasn’t better. Kitchen nice but no pitcher to make tea. No chairs outside like pictures. Pool couldn’t be used and was not told this. It was sad really. The good thing was the beach was beautiful but I would say thanks to the city not this place. Spoke to 3 different people and they had similar complaints about their units. My advice...find another place.

Great family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is nicely decorated, and there are plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen. The best part is that it’s literally feet from the beach! Super convenient! We did use the recommended beach chair service. They did a great job of setting us up right in front of the building. We visited the little convenience store across the street, which is stocked with anything you might need. We also tried the ice cream shop next door to the convenience store. They make incredible sundaes. I really liked that our condo was located out a little farther from the center of the strip. There was plenty of room to social distance on the beach, even on busy days. I think it helps that there are stores across the street from us instead of more condos. We would come back to this location again.
