Harbor House is located on the Gulf side of West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 1st floor unit.
Upon entering the front door, you will find an updated kitchen with new appliances that is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and small appliances such as a toaster and blender. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The dining area includes a table and chairs for four plus 2 counter height stools. A coffee bar is the highlight of this area complete with a Keurig coffee maker and shelves stocked with books that are perfect beach reads. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, recliner, and additional seating in chairs that can flex between the living room and dining room. Relax and watch TV on the new HD Smart TV. The TV stand is stocked with family friendly games that are perfect for rainy days or nights spent inside. The living room features a sliding door that leads you to the private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee here with a view of the water and sounds of the waves. A deck box allows for storage of your beach toys.

A small hallway off of the living room will lead you to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed and private balcony access. Enjoy waking up to the relaxing Gulf waves!

The second bedroom includes 2 new queen beds, a reading lamp with built-in charging port, bedside table, and ceiling fan. There is a closet in the 2nd bedroom with a hard shell cooler and miscellaneous beach gear for guest use.

The parking spaces are conveniently located beneath the condo and parking and 2 parking passes per guest will be issued at no additional cost. The condo is located on the first floor and is accessed via exterior stairs. There is a hose hookup and rinsing station under the unit. There is NO elevator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. A short walk through the complex parking lot will lead you to the newly renovated, HEATED beachside pool and gate for private beach access. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables available for guest enjoyment.

This condo is located in a small complex of 36 units on the quiet end of West Beach Blvd. Attractions such as the Hangout, souvenir shops, and various restaurants are within walking distance. There is a multi-use path along Lagoon Ave. across the street that is perfect for early morning walks, runs, or bike rides with a view. A small general store and coffee shop is conveniently located across the street for the purchase of bagged ice, snacks, etc.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days. Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
